Definitely make sure the car you want is FOR SALE! I drove a good 45 min to look at a car that I liked, and was told it was available, only to find out John was using this car, AND still expected FULL price plus hundreds more in taxes. He still told me before my test drive “please don’t take my car” (something he told another customer) all while laughing and making it seem like a joke..he wasn’t joking. The car I took on a test drive had way more miles than listed AND had MANY maintenance lights turned on. When I asked if there was any kind of wiggle room because it wasn’t an accurate listing and I would have to pay to get these things fix, before I could even finish my sentence John said “no way!”. John was way more interested in keeping the car than making a sale because it was his “favorite car”. Other cars listed cheaper weren’t even in his mind to try and sell. This place is a complete JOKE. It’s also a “no contact” place meaning you’ll stand outside in the cold and rain talking to someone like you’re ordering food at fast food window. At least there you pay and get your food, HERE you waste your time and just end up cold and wet. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. If I could give this place a negative review I would!!

Should have read the reviews before I came all the way up from Seattle. Now I'm here for my appointment they're not here. They're not answering the phone or text messages. Why would you buy a car here.. the answer is don't.

Be vehicle savvy before you buy--some are good some are bad. I saw some that should not have been for sale with suspension problems. I bought a 97 Corolla that had some issues but because I work on cars I knew what it was. turned out to be an OK car so far. My complaint is that I am waiting for the title and plates and my temp is about to expire. I called to check it out and the person was very rude on the phone because he knew that he already had my money. I would call the lot shady with mostly rejected cars from other lots.

My son purchased a Subaru here about a year ago. There were issues with the paperwork, dealer did some shady whiteout fix on his temporary license. The engine blew six months after he purchased it. If you are down for a shady experience, these guys are your best go to! For those of us who like a drama free lifestyle, please go somewhere else, save yourselves!

Good cars at a very reasonable price and sales people who will not pressure you to buy a car

Was not too excited about this place.. seemed to be not around .. had a sign with a time to be back.. then we came back 10 min after they said they would be back... then a note said be back tomorrow. Better yet.. a lady was inside ..opened a window and said they were closed.. oh if you need financing call this number. Handed us a card... Oh my the first number was call President Biden with the area code. You got to be kidding Yea not going back.

The sales representative was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process of buying a car took me under 30 minutes so no complaints about her or the car, overall happy with the purchase. However, the owner of the dealership has a “no contact policy” in other words you are standing out in the cold and rain trying to get paperwork done and are not allowed to come inside, much like a Wendy’s drive through except with paperwork that needs to be completed. This is by far the most asinine thing I’ve experienced in WA. Regardless, I have no complaints about anything else and would consider buying here again if they fix this issue.

I'm giving only 2 stars for a few reasons. 1 being that at most if not all normal used car dealerships, youre able to atleast haggle the price on some of the inventory, the man I dealt with seemed to not honor that. I went there to originally look at 2 vehicles they had advertised online for a decent price, however when I got there at my time of appointment, I still had to wait, so the appointment time wasn't honored either, both of the vehicles I went to look at originally very, very clearly had been in front end collisions, and the damage was poorly hidden, and when I asked the salesman he blatantly lied about his knowledge of the damage, and neither vehicles were advertised as such online after I had done an inspection. I looked at a 3rd vehicle, seemed to run okay, decently low priced. Test drove, realized it didn't have working hazard lights, blinkers or brake lights. I made the decision to purchase anyway knowing it was an easy fix. All in all, most of the vehicles they have there are in pretty bad shape mechanically as well as cosmetically, and some were advertised for sale online, but wouldn't be for sale upon arrival. But it is a used car dealer nonetheless. I managed to find a decent car in their inventory, but they could do far better with being honest and open about previous damage on vehicles.

After looking for three days, visiting over 30 places and private sellers, test driving tons of cars and seeing junk after junk, I drove two hours on a whim to see what this place had to offer. Getting an inexpensive car shouldn’t mean you should sacrifice clean, safe, and in good shape. It was hard to decide which to buy. I mean that. There were great options and all were priced very reasonable. I could actually buy a good car! During COVID, we were treated respectfully and safely. The dealer stayed within the building and wore a mask. He handed me keys, pens, signing documents via a box that he handed back and forth. Hand sanitizer was available and the transaction was well explained and very quick. I drove it home and kept thinking this was too good to be true and that maybe the engine would just fall out and my worst fears would come to fruition. Nope. Drove it two hours home, purred like a kitten, spent the night teaching my son how to drive a manual, and I am so relieved. So thankful. So happy!

Car looked great at first glance, but glad my dad taught me to look in random spots and with a fine tooth comb. I believe the vehicle I went to see had been in a flood. Came from cross country, had water marks in the front wheel wells, the tracks the front seats are on were rusted beyond belief, and the engine bay had more fluid stains and rust than my car that's 4 years older and has an overheating problem. It also had bumper damage that indicated a minor accident and smelled terrible even through a mask. Nothing reported on the vehicle report they gave me. The car was certainly not worth the asking price and I feel bad for whomever gets that car if they don't do their due diligence. They were also a little sketchy about having my mechanic look at it.
