Jon Sweigert helped me get a vehicle with my bad credit. He promised me that he wouldn’t give up until I got out of the dealership with a car. As a person considered high risk, I was able to get a 2020 vehicle and in 6-12months I’ll be back to refinance for a lower interest rate. I appreciate the dedication and commitment these guys put in for their customers. I can’t wait to be back for vehicle #2. I have 3 friends who work for dealerships and one who co-owns one. I put all my trust into Jon and he didn’t fail on me. I recommend this place to anyone with bad credit or looking for a great reliable vehicle as they have over 800 vehicles in their inventory. The car was sold to me clean, and with a full tank of gas. They also worked with me on the down payment allowing me to split it up between paychecks.

Lie to me first off saying I was going to leave in a vehicle then complimented me when I got there on all the paperwork I supplied haggle with me about my check and income verification when I emailed it to him then they printed it off and still persisted to make that an issue overall insulting because I came from Seattle Washington Shoreline area all the way to Everett out of my way up on a lie that Katie / Corey told me recommended to me lied to me and said 100% I would leave in a vehicle I showed last year's income tax statements for all the jobs I worked I brought my last cars details and everything brought recent job mail to verify that as well in the end result after an hour and a half they said I needed to work 40 hours and then I can come back and reapply and try to imply that the bank was the culprit insulting would not recommend great cars I may have to say but the lie that you can leave there with bad credit or no credit and you are 100% accepted is 100% lie fabrication insulting inhibition that this this company tells you implies to you and leaves as a welcoming mat. If there's a attorney out there I would like to know is this false advertisement luring or what because I am ready to be compensated for such actions above and beyond insulting and incriminating Leon Williams

Anthony immediately approached me to see if I had been helped. I told him that I was looking for something with great MPG and a cheaper payment per month. I was in a bind with my credit. I had just got a discharge from chapter 13. I had a car with a co-signer and the co-signer didn’t want to be on the car loan with me. Nick and Melanie took so much time with me picking a car and by my surprise I was approved for a new car. I’m satisfied with the service. Max, Cory and Nick was very paciente. I spent many hours there trying to find the best deal. It’s a good place if you are looking for a Good deal. I was paying a really hight rate on my old car and Max was able to bring it down! And I ended up trading my old Ford escape for a brand new one.

These guys were amazing. They helped me and my fiance our getting a car with our newborn almost here. They had to jump through alot of hoops to make it happen due to a bunch of stuff the banks kept having issues with for some reason, but in the end they made it happen. Some very nice people would definitely go back to them again.

How many car lots are there in the Seattle area? Answer, a dang lot of them for sure. But since I live in the area, and have visited, I don't know how man, these past weeks, I wanted to talk a moment to recognize a good one. Auto Loan USA is a great lot that I recommend you visit before making that purchase decision. I'm a bit of a pain, and picky and the salesman John was exactly what I needed. Knowledgable and friendly. Informative, but, not pushy which I appreciated. I'll be buying my car in a few weeks and there are 3 cars on the lot right now that I'm after...assuming they still have them when its time. So, anyways John, I'll be back soon. Thanks for the time.
