Front desk lady is rude. She was racist and made racist remarks. Ironic how she is hispanic making remarks to another hispanic individual. I was wanting to open an account with chase but after dealing with her I will stay with my current bank.

If you want expedient service, not the bank of choice! I'm a business customer and expect to be able to deposit checks in a timely manner, especially sitting in the business lane! Sat for 25 minutes with 1 car ahead of me--not acceptable!

Extremely unprofessional tellers as well as the manager! They are not capable of doing a transfer from one account (savings) to another (checking) and then they mess up on cashiers check names!! and has the nerve to tell me to come back tomorrow after check clears. which makes no sense since i just withdrew the money to get a cashiers check, they can void that and fix the incorrect spelling name but refused to do so. I am private client so I ended going to another chase to get this fixed. I wouldnt trust this location to do any large transaction

Mireya if that’s the one with the short black Jheri curls that looks like curly from three stooges was rude. I just needed to make an appointment and she told me as she walked away, “Go sit over there. You have to wait, they were here first. But in an ugly way like if I was an inconvenience. I asked how long would it take she said ughhh idk (as she rolled her eyes)about 30 min.” I told her that’s all u had to say, u didn’t have to be rude. Not the first complain I see about her, lady go get laid!

Very unprofessional.. I went in there to close a business account not only were they unprofessional my personal business was called out loud in the lobby. Customer Service is not of importance at this location. Did not try to help me with an issue that was clearly the banks error I simply got a "I do not know why that happened" Will never return to this bank!!!

The manager Mireya Rodriguez is completely rude and needs to go back to training or removed from her position. She completely does not care about costumers.

I had a account with them for 3 yr some one stole my information and chase closed ny account i had money and i had auto payments and they did not pay my bill when i called they told me to go to another bank and when i went to the branch they told me the same thing they did not care of what happened they cost me to get behind on my bills and payments and again i had money when I opened my new bank account with in touch credit my new bank told me what they did was against the law so i ck it was so im opening a case against them if it happened to you we should get together they are the worse bank you should change before you have problems try my new bank great

Mireya Rodriguez the branch manager is absolutely amazing! Staff is always nice and willing to help. A lot of crazy/irate people come in here to try and bully the staff and they are always so professional! You can see by the reviews who those customers are. Don’t let them fool you, this is a great staff! Would recommend anyone to go to Mireya , she goes above and beyond for her clients !

Worst bank ever I regret ever doing business with them the manger is rude and they don't want to give me my hard earned income tax I wouldn't do business with them go to another banking highly recommend it..

Walked in to open an account and the lady looked at me and treated me as if I didn’t have an money to open an account. She was extremely rude and didn’t want to answer any of my questions because I didn’t have an appointment. I love chase bank, but this location is the worst in the area.

If it wasn’t for Mireya Rodriquez at that branch I would have cancelled my account- I have had nothing but issue after issue with chase bank and its primarily the customer care and banks policy and procedure but Mrs Rodriquez showed absolute professionalism trying to resolve my issue. I have had to go twice at the direction of the call center-they make it sound like a piece of cake then you get to the branch and that’s not the case- so they have to deal with the upset customer which isn’t fair to the branch level employees. Your call centers and branches should be on the same page, but Mrs. Rodriquez should be at least recognized for her dedication to chase and her ability to balance meeting the customers needs. People should take lessons from her, she was awesome and the only reason I’m still with the bank today.
