These guys are amazing! They are a wonderful staff, and work really well together, and really hard, to help the customers to be as pleased as possible with their trip(s) into the store. This is one of my absolute favorite places to go. The gun selection here itself is, well, wow!…I feel like a kid in a candy shop eyeing the inventory here, and the jewelry catches the eye, as well. I have bought gun and jewelry here, and if I had more money I’d likely spend 80% more of it in this place. ;-) I love the people who work here; I count them as family now. Ryan and Hank and others are wonderful at helping you find and understand which gun would be good for you, and Roy and the staff make sure that safety first with owning a gun is priority. Sweet “smiling Vincent” has a huge heart, but he’s a mess! He and Shelby are your go-to ‘s for jewelry, but they all help wherever needed. Shelby helps with guns, too; I suggest her opinion of a good female carrying gun. Security is key in this atmosphere, and they take that responsibility seriously, so no goofing off here! You can smile, chuckle, ect… but no throwing knives or anything like that! Keep it safe! ;-)

Great shop! Given the size of the store, i never would have guessed that they would have the selection of guns, ammo, etc that they do. Very impressed. I just happened to work down the street and decided to drop in and i'm glad I did. I came to buy some ammo and ended up talking to the owner for about 20 minutes. He is definitely a really humble and genuine guy. 100% will be back to buy ammo - and guns too. A++++++++

Came for my first gun purchase, they always have raffles, heavily discounted used guns and nice selection of new guns! I bought a kel-tec 2000 that came with a muzzle flash and a rubber stock and got 50 rounds of 9mm for $520 a good deal! Nice people and very helpful

I just cannot say enough good things about this store! Fantastic people, great inventory and good prices! When you come in, you feel like a true customer that is paid attention to and treated with respect. Kinda like your local coffee shop where everyone knows your name! You cannot go wrong at all doing business with these fine folks and lord knows I'll be back!!

This is my go to place, they offer you a Wide selection of firearms. Almost every time I go In I walk out with a new weapon. The customer service is A1. You won’t be disappointed I highly recommend Uncle Roy’s DFW area.

Great place. Staff is very friendly I went in to check out a price of a CZ with a coworker and I ended up putting a new AR15 on layway. Yes they do layway on guns. I love that. I Will definitely buy another gun from them.

It isn’t often I resonate with the way a business is run. In a world where it seems like big business and corporations are constantly pushing small mom and pop businesses to close their doors, if find myself constantly rooting for the little guy whenever possible. I cannot express enough how much I love doing business with these guys, they simply just get it. Everyone I have interacted with has been kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. They clearly love what they do and they run their business like a local barber shop (Roy once had a barber next door is this makes since). Their customer service is takes a no B.S. approach as they want you the customer to make an informed decision, rather use someone’s ignorance as means to make a quick buck. On several occasions I witnessed several employees pass along information that could potentially cost them a purchase or sale by informing the customer of all of their options. If only more companies learned from these examples. Their selection of both new and used guns is very impressive, offering everything from handguns to rifles. Transactions are done through an app service that makes the process painless and sometimes it’s just plain fun talking firearms. Where else can you get offered a free hot wing while wait for your background check to clear? I definitely will be doing business with Roy again in the future and I highly recommend them if you are in the DFW area if you are like me and enjoy their brand of warm, neighborly customer service.

These people really made me feel like family they talk to me about my choices and guns and they gave me a some of their life experiences I really enjoy this gun store not to mention they have this buff guy in there and he's so informational about firearms and equipment LOL

They’ll always get my business. Went to at least 10 different stores looking to buy my gf a gun, was recommended by other places to try them out and I see why. Friendly, informative staff, they work with you and best customer service I’ve experienced. Meant to do this review like a month ago and forgot, but the owner’s a great guy and my salesman, the guy with the glasses I’d like to give 2 thumbs up. Definitely give these guys a try if you’re in the market for a reputable pawn shop 👌🏿

I was just dropping by to get some information on having a firearm transferred from there because at the time finding a Glock 43x was almost impossible locally for a fair price. As I walked in I was immediately greeted by a sales rep and saw they had a wide variety of selections. Then somehow they had exactly what I was looking for at a fair retail price. I mean most places were sell for over 100.00 more!!! I decided it was god tell me I had to purchase this firearm today. The sales man walked me over to the owner Roy and he spoke with me for a little bit as he was processing my paperwork. Very nice guy and he asked how I was doing on ammo. I told him You know I was alright.. I probably had like 100-150. I had let some of my friends borrow some of it to take their chl class but I haven’t seen it back yet due to the ammo shortage. The man threw in a free box of ammo... god bless him! Amazing place to do business and I will be coming back and referring all my friends and family here too!
