A nice lady working help me set up Google pay I forgot my wallet and I was out of luck and out of lunch

I always have a good experience at CHASE bank because they hire such professional people. Came in a few days ago to request a copy of my title for a vehicle I just purchased for the DMV. I was kindly greeted by Tiffany Francis, she was super sweet and even though she's not a loan officer she still went out of her way professionally and helped me. Thank you Tiffany you were awesome!

Service is very good, very nice

Worst chase branch, 10 of them walk around doing nothing, noone knows how to assist for simplest requests

If I could leave them 0 stars I would. Teller "Manisha" at the drive through was too busy chatting with her coworker to notice she deposited the check to a wrong account. When I went inside to try and solve the problem with the manager because of the mistake they made, I got told that there is nothing they can do (the money was not even used!!!) WORST BRANCH "MANAGER" ever, completely useless. Do not go there.

Deposited a cashier check manager approved only be called back and threatened that if I didn’t return within 2 hours of deposit my account would be fined and the funds withdrawn. They made a mistake. I asked that a branch manager cal me address the unacceptable treatment, outcome and problem. Then I was told again that I have 2 hours. Customer in the phillips we only had a prewritten script and offered I can wait to tomorrow. When I to be linked with the branch manager I was given an inoperable number. My cashiers check is valid and my Bank balance is positively significant.

Worst Chase Bank branch I've ever been to, staff customer service is absolutely horrendous. Plain and simple, they just don't care. I have multiple businesses that bank at Chase, after this experience I will be moving to a different bank.

Long waiting time, always short of staff

The woman that was “assisting” me (client assistance) was not helpful. She was condescending, despite having difficulty understanding what I asked for, and because of her performance, nothing was accomplished. Seriously considering moving my business (literally and figuratively) elsewhere.
