Jeremias and Vanessa were so awesome!! I came in and Vanessa helped me immediately. She was so sweet!! I actually needed to replace my debit card and both and Jeremias and Vanessa walked me through how how get cash from the ATM using APPLE PAY. I was super ecstatic! Then Jeremias quickly replaced my card! They were AWESOME! I always love coming here.

ATM in the drive thru debited my card and did not dispense any cash. Printed receipt states We aren’t able to give cash right now. Please call. During this conversation, I was advised that my non Chase account will be credited within 24 hours.... seriously, you are a bank and you cannot credit my debit card.

The ATMS outside are ALWAYS down....like to the point of past ridiculous. like it’s literally at least 2-3 times a week you can drive through the ATM and it doesn’t work. ..

I went to try and sign up for a Business Account and was never once greeted and had waited over an hour and a half. With this type of wait I would rather just go somewhere else with better customer service and can handle our business.

Excellent service from Luis Zepeda. Had to make a large wire transfer and was very nervous about it. He was so helpful and soothed my nerves by helping me follow the directions given to me by the loan company. I really appreciated his help that day.

The employees there certainly try to help you out and are very polite. Unfortunately I think they get more traffic than they are staffed for. They just need some more tellers to get clients in and out faster. (Maybe if a nearby one is not busy call them to send someone from there location to this one temporarily. I mean there are like 3 other locations within a 10 min drive)

Every time I come to this bank to make a business deposit for my employer the line is ridiculous. There are two cars ahead of me and I have been waiting 16 minutes already. They are still "helping" the first car. It should not take 16+ minutes to do a deposit. From now on I will go out of my way to the chase bank at Morton and Fry rd where I am never waiting more than 10 minutes even with three to four cars in front of me.

Jeremias S. and Gabriela H. were amazing! They were quick, efficient, super friendly and extremely helpful in opening my daughter's first high school account. You guys are the kind of people that keep customers happy!
