    The worst banking experiences I've ever had have been from this branch! Never open or close when they are supposed to. For example I just left there after realizing the doors are locked at 3:50 when there supposed to be open till 4. There are ALWAYS lines out the door cause there is only one teller while there are several other employees just hanging out on their offices etc. They have ruined my day on several occasions. Worst branch ever

    Horrible service from Randie ( branch manager) all the way down. Unprofessional, unethical, untrustworthy, unpleasant, dishonest people is what you’ll find at this place. They don’t care about customers and their reviews speak for themselves.

    Only 1 teller allowed to work according to manager. Had to wait in line while employee took a break. Be prepared to wait for an extended time.Very unprofessional establishment. Seriously considering removing all my money from BoA altogether

    I dont know why cant they put more people in the front. Every time i come its always 1 person. Line gets all the way by the door. Other banks have more people in the front. Yall have to step it up.

    Lunchtime, other branches closed, this one has only one teller. 10 people waiting. I've been stood here personally for 30 mins and am 8th in line. Pathetic. Hope the teller asks me if I want an account. No thanks if this what you make your customers do.

    Today Nov 18th at 3pm, we went to cash the check and there was only one new teller here . He couldn’t help because his supervisor was not at work today. Can’t believe it was such a big place and only one person working who had no ability to do simple thing . They should have better management who can manage and make employees actually work.

    This bank of america location is so bad with customer service. I came in and waited over 2 hours and no one bother to update me why I'm waiting so long. Staff were talking to each other giggling and laughing but when I asked when is it my turn, they act like they are super busy.

    I came into this location recently, I was in a car accident and broke both my legs and had to have surgery. I can barely walk with a walker and knee braces. I asked the manager, wearing a suit, bald headed. (I think his name was Carlos) not sure. I asked him if he could bring me a chair because I couldn’t walk to the one he pointed out to me. He then gave me an attitude and claimed I was rude, I told him I am the (B of A) customer not him and I’m handicapped now. (He walked off and didn’t care). Then some lady in line started saying I was rude to her favorite bank employee. They teamed up on me and put me down in front of everyone and the manager threatened to make me leave. I will report this incident to BofA corporate the VP is on LinkedIn. I refuse to be discriminated against for being handicapped or white. I am not 100% sure why they singled me out and wouldn’t help me get a chair with my broken legs. I am moving all my money to chase since this location treats people with the worst service I have ever seen. It’s the Walmart or DMV of Banks that’s how terrible their service is. I plan to tell as many people as I can like 100 people. If you are reading this you deserve so much more!!! Don’t come here!!!
