Use the ATM to get cash. The money comes our and I recieved a badly ripped 20 dollar bill. Go inside to have it exchanged and told they don't have cash on site. Was instructed to drive 17th and Sheridan to have them replace it. Never experienced anything like this. Highly recommend avoiding this location. Terrible service as well. The lady seemed hardly concerned. You owe gas money chase.

This bank is fantastic. We came in to help set up a new account for my nieces employee and they were knowledgeable and we'll staffed. This is not a teller branch but if you have your chase card you can withdrawal up to 4k and deposit most checks. This is a we'll staffed location as well. Jim Dasch was our banker at this location and he was absolutely stellar. I love it when a banker knows what he/she is talking about and finds solutions for hard issues. If you need help HE IS THEY GUY. Thanks Jim for all your hard work.

DO NOT OPEN A CHASE IRA! I lost tens of thousands of dollars on that mistake. They tried to talk me into a managed IRA so I split funds between managed and self-managed. Managed cost more and made less. I finally realized my new job's Fidelity 401k was crushing this account, so I tried to move money back over....total nightmare! Took about 8 weeks, DOZENS of hours on the phone, many, many hoops to jump through. In the meantime, I lost out on thousands of dollars, all while chase continued making money from my account. Don't repeat my mistake! Avoid chase bank.

Have had issues with lines in this branch in the past but the one star was for the experience today. The branch has completely changed to a "digital only" branch meaning you will be able to do no business with them if you do not have a banking account. Even if you have multiple credit accounts, they will not be able to help you due to the fact that you don't hold a debit card with Chase. This was not announced or conveyed to current customers who have a history of using the branch, and as a result I found out after spending more than 1/2 hour in traffic specifically to make a payment. The agent's response was less than professional in that she told me it was my fault for not checking the website directly, even though it was not listed on Google, nor was anything sent to current customers who utilize the branch regularly. Terrible experience based on Chase's customer care, as well as the branch staff specifically

No tellers at this location. I’m a millennial and I want to be able to deposit a check and get help with my account if necessary. Tried to depot a large check with Chase but I guess I’ll bring it elsewhere since they couldn't take it without my debit card being present.

Another Chase Bank which doesn't allow you to make calls. Claim their too busy and to call back. Nice customer service gang.

0 stars. No bank tellers and the ATM machine makes you take out in increments of $100. Couldn't even get $20's.

This building has no tellers. It’s just ATMs and some cubicles. Bizarre. And the rest of the chase locations are closed. Lol they must have a continuous stream of people walking in, looking around like “okay where is the bank” and then walking about. I have no idea what that was, but it wasn’t a bank, and I wasn’t able to accomplish what I needed to.

I have been a Chase client for years and have never been talked to as rudely as I have been by Megan. I called today to see if this location was a Private Client Location. Megan said, “yes” then I went on to ask her if they had a private client banker there and what his name was. She rudely interrupted me and asked if she could help me with “something.” I told her I needed to setup another Chase Private Client account which she barked at me saying, “you can’t come in today, you will have to wait until Monday!” I’m sorry, I know how this works. No need to be rude. I was just asking for his name to be transferred to set up an appointment or leave a call back number. I decided just to hang up, not worth my time. I just wanted to go to a location closer to my house, instead I’ll go to the Lakewood location off Alameda where my Financial Advisor is.

Wow, I was hesitant to visit this location (or any location in Denver) based on reviews, but I took a Chance anyway to deposit dozens of rolls in coins. The line was long, but the three tellers worked through everyone quickly. Adan was so nice about my awkward and heavy deposit and worked through it fast while making pleasant conversation with me. I will definitely be back to this location, especially for the house your bill atm.
