Our first purchase with Spire was good (why i give them 2 instead of 1 stars), this time around terrible. They changed our closing costs 1 hour before the deadline (by $4k) and incredibly hard to communicate with Tim. Would not recommend.

Kendra is the absolute best! Over the past few months (and years) she has run countless scenarios for me, multiple rounds of refinance numbers and new home purchase numbers. Even times when I have decided not to move forward she has been patient, kind, and extremely helpful. She answered every one of my questions, no matter how silly I thought they were. She walked me through and explained the process in a way even I could understand. After everything I put her through, we finally got to the finish line on my refinance and I couldn't be happier. She got me great rates, discounts and fee waivers. Thank you for everything!

TL;DR: Kendra was awesome! She communicated clearly and kept us updated. It was a really easy process with her at the helm. Full review: Kendra was one of the loan officer's my wife and I shopped with at the beginning of our loan process. We chose a different company/lender since their rate was slightly better and they were local. That was a mistake. We spent several weeks having to constantly keep tabs on this broker. Their communication was ineffective, we felt out of the loop, and our closing date was moved a couple of times. They were becoming such a headache I called Kendra to ask for her input and advise. Even though she wasn't our loan officer, she listened to our concerns and gave some suggestions. After another week or so of dealing with the broker it became clear we needed to switch over to Kendra. She stepped up to the challenge and took care of us! It was such a smooth and painless process. We felt in the loop and she communicated often and clearly. We really appreciate all the work Kendra went through in getting us closed as soon as possible.

Kendra and I worked together to obtain financing for a mutual client on a new property in CO. Throughout the process Kendra was responsive, flexible, and thorough with any obstacles/questions that came up. Also, our client was able to lock a great rate on the mortgage. It was a pleasure working with Kendra!
