Chase Bank Orrington Ave, Evanston

I opened an account today with Nihila's support. She's very nice, helpful and customer oriented. She provided the best assistance I have ever had.

Iwona my teller was very unpleasant. Branch is very clean and other tellers and bankers seemed upbeat but she was not. Did not greet me nor reply to me politely asking how she was doing. Proceeded to throw my ID and credit card towards me after our transaction when I initially politely handed them to her. Did not ask if there was anything else she can help me with after and did not reply when I said thank you have a nice day. Made me not want to visit this branch in the future for small day to day business let alone consider private banking.

Donna was/is the best banker I’ve ever had the experience of working with 😊😊😊She helped me quickly and efficiently when other banks and bank branches gave me such huge problems. The rest of the branch staff gave their support as well. Donna was amazing though!!

WORST customer service I have ever received. Branch manager was extremely rude and off-putting, and no one even acted like they wanted you as a customer. I closed my account and will never come back.

This is a bad bank. Wanted to open the safe deposit box. The staff did not help me. Went to look for a new bank with deposit box.

Very friendly people here. Unlike some other branches and banks I've been to, the people here don't seem pushy. I had an issue with an account and was given helpful advice. Bottom line: I like going here and don't feel hassled or stressed. Good customer service overall.

This Chase should be an example of how all Chase banks should run. I have been a business client and a private client and I absolutely think the people here are amazing. Ask for Donna if your thinking about switching and your a business she knows her stuff and is great at followup.

Poor customer service--I only visit this bank due to the proximity to my office. On numerous occasions when trying to make withdrawals I get pushback from staff for not using the ATM. I should not be told to withdraw bills from the ATM and then have to wait in line for a staff member to exchange said bills for quarters. Staff should be more willing to assist customers.

Great service. The person who helped create my account was really nice. I contacted her for future queries and troubles and got prompt replies.
