I can truly say without a doubt that Greta the assistant manager at pls provide the best Customer Service I have ever experienced. She is helpful. Focus and really care about the customer. Because of her I definitely will be recommending my friends and anyone to this store

Wow getting a loan is quite stressful and a lot of work. Greta made it easy. She made sure I had all the documents I needed and basically walked me through what I needed to do to be approved. Guess what? I got approved! Thanks to her I can take care of the Bill's I need to. Thanks again.

It's never an easy decision to have to take out this type of loan. If necessary, this place is wonderful for short time loans. The store manager Sarbagya is extremely polite, professional, and efficient. They have helped me out of quick jams and the processes is super fast and friendly. I enjoy going to the PLS in Evanston. Bryan and the manager are very polite and always professional. Marlene and Nora have such beautiful attitudes. They are very professional at all time and they alway give me a call and invite me to the Appreciation Day. They appreciate my business and I appreciate them.
