Chase Bank Sw 35th Dr, Gainesville

First time here. Was greeted by a really nice lady after I walked in. I needed a cashier's check. I was also a new customer and needed to reset my pin. Less than 5 minutes later I was out the door. Awesome service!

Tried calling multiple times, on different days to get specific information about the branch and no one picked up any of the times. I finally went out of my way to go to the branch to get some answers, and Savannah was extremely rude to me. I’m disappointed in chase because I have been a loyal customers for years, yet the customer service that Savannah provided me was subpar and disgusting. Avoid this branch.

Very Lazy Bank staff. I went there at 4:20 pm to open a account with them and their staff was chilling and getting ready to off by 5pm. Therefore they told me opening a account takes 45 mins and therefore they won't be able to help with that on that day, so please visit next day. I will never go to this place again. I like chase Bank, but this staff is so bad. Really disappointed 😞

The staff is prompt and helpful while I was there for my transactions. They were also patient with me.

First time physically walked into a Chase banking store, after sitting down for 3 minutes I was told by a rep that they can not assist me today with name change on credit card, fully booked appointments, and was asked to come back after calling to schedule appointment, at the same time one rep was walking around getting coffee, two reps were in one office talking loudly about how to manage offshore properties they own with only one customer sitting in the waiting area. This is too busy? I have banked with Bank of America for decades and I have never made an appointment before, always seen by a rep within 10 minutes of waiting. If this is the way Chase treats their customers, I will need to find another bank in addition of Bank of America.

I just made an account with them, and had some trouble cashing my paycheck due to my legal name. Mr. O'Connell went above and beyond to help me sort the situation out. And I got my paycheck cashed in a matter of days. I absolutely love their custmer service in general. Everybody is very nice at the branches, and makes sure all the custmers are helped at all times. I am excited for my financial journey ahead with Chase Bank.

My experience in this branch was absolutely positive. I went there to open an account, they welcomed me, told me the requirements, and I was assigned a banker, Anthony Beltran, wow, he was very patient and polite, he walked me through the entire process, explained to me the different options available and helped me filling up the online forms. Professionalism and customer service.

The employees of this branch were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy and had what I needed paperwork wise.

Not very good experience. We were told by bank staff to get some papers to open an account and then they made us go just to say we couldn't do it. It just seems like they were playing with us.
