Kid with glasses shouldn't handle fire arms doesn't know how to release a slide tugged on a brand new firearm with all his might then dropped it down causing scuffs. Lowell offer on a pistol only shot 2 mags through so I left with my damaged firearm regret even letting him touch it.

Just a good place with helpful people and good products and prices. Not sure you could ask for more.

Oaks pawn has always been the best for all my needs. I’ve left a few items in their possession over what should have been beyond the limit lol and they always were soooo nice to me and never made me feel like it was a problem. They always always always worked with me with what I had on hand as well. I recommend oaks pawn south for not only all your needs, but the security feeling that they for sure 1000% handle your items with care while in their possession.

I've been going here for a few months now, awesome people, fair prices. I always get the best service from Skyler, he is my main gun guy. He always is able to answer questions for me and I always make sure I have a ton of dumb ones to ask. His knowledge doesn't stop with firearms. He is well versed in the wares that show up in his shop.

STAY AWAY! They are scammers and thieves, Please don’t pawn or loan anything here, when you come back for your items they would not have it! they stole our valuable jewelry didn’t even have a good excuse as to why it was lost but they know it was worth a lot so they scammed us and stole it. They were caught and we always paid on time! The customer service is horrible! Just a bunch of scammer they will steal your items. STAY AWAY.

Great customer service. I use Oaks Pawn exclusively, primarily for pawn/money lending. They have given me loans on everything from laptops to firearms. I shopped around when new in town. Oaks Pawn has always offered a very reasonable price for my items. In my opinion, other area Pawn shops do not even compare when it comes to the offers given to me by Oaks. It's the only shop I will even consider. Thanks to all of you at Oaks for your excellent business practices.

Mike has great customer service. He's very friendly and knowledgeable honest. As well as anyone else in the store. It is my favorite pawn shop in town no doubt in my mind

Great people. Brent, Mike, Leo, Trent. Extremely helpful, not pushy at all, & honest. Great bargains, great tools, Apple, almost new weapons. Know their customers by name, Very knowledgeable, and the cherry is that Leo speaks Spanish as well. He also speaks English😂.

This is the best spot in town to get FFL transfers. This is my 3rd time using Oaks as my FFL and it’s been a great experience every time. The staff is professional and will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. This spot gets a 5/5 from me.

Was helped by mike had a few questions on two firearms I was debating. He showed me both of them and gave me insight on them. He told me he had just bought one of the firearms I was looking at told me how it shoots all the features and the difference between both firearms. Never had a bad time in the shop or out for that matter only help and good information.
