Chase Bank Southfield Rd, Allen Park

Horrible experience, they didn't belive or trust in a customer. The teller implied with air quotes "that I should talk to Shirley Charboneau" sounding like she didn't believe i know she was my mom n disrespectfully told she couldn't do anything and had to drive over to northline and fort st to the chase over there to figure out it wasn't an account issue, they just had to call my mom, the account holder to verify. I am really disappointed in how this matter was handled. Poor service. (Thanks to fort st n northline chase Bank I had no problem.)

I recently opened a business account with chase at this location, as well as opened a business credit card. The next day I get a call from the banker telling me I didn’t fill out some forms that I never was given and I will have to come back to fill them out, then i receive in the mail that the credit card is going to be canceled because of missing forms. Now two weeks later I am get a letter in the mail saying the business account is going to be canceled because of missing/wrongly filled out forms. The banker obviously rushed the process and did not check the forums before submitting. I called the branch and spoke to a different banker saying she was with a client and would call me back in 10 minutes, no calls back no one answers. Feeling the big bank feel like they do not care about their customers. Really wishing I had gone some where else.

This Chase branch has far too few registers and tellers for the volume of customers. Additionally, the parking lot is cramped and the drive-up window lanes are pretty narrow for larger vehicles. However, the employees are typically very polite and professional.

WE DEPOSIT CASH IN THE ATM ON SOUTHFIELD RD AND IT TOOK OUR MONEY AND DID NOT POST TO THE ACCOUNT WE RECEIVED A ERROR MESSAGE TO CALL THE 1800 NUMBER WENT BACK UP TO THE TELLER AND THEY TOLD US THE SAME THING TO CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE CARD AND THEY SAID IT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS TO GET RESOLVED. THIS IS WRONG I WIL BE CLOSING OURS ACCOUNTS . DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE

Have come through here a few times to use the ATM, never had any issues with that. Two ATM lanes to help ease backup and a really convenient location right on Southfield.

ATMs are all broken, refuse to open inside service. Can't get through 2 teller lanes do to size and people sitting in lanes (3rd time, not a one time incident).

Horrible customer services .Worst experience ever with Chase, the banker was unprofessional and rude was waiting in drive thru line for 40 mins to deposit Few checks. the lady came outside and told the 2 cars behind to go to window one they serve the 2 cars they were behind me. when i got to window 2 the lady said were closed i was in line for 40 mins.the lady at the window was really rude, i will not go to this location anymore .I understand you guys close at 2. but i was inline way before those 2 cars behind me they get serve i dont that's really bad customer service. Hire people know how serve other people. I WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ANYMORE!

Busy location for sure but the staff are some of the best in the business. Drive thru tellers are super sweet and helpful. This is my favorite Chase location.

One of the bankers is VERY rude, not helpful at ALL and acted as if I was wasting her time. I was there to open a new account, after that experience, I'm not going to. She shouldn't be in customer service and deal with the public with THAT attitude!! I would've give NO stars if I could!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! This Location is a joke... Ive been waiting for 15min in line because they only have 1 person working the window and tons of people in the drive thru line! If you dont want to be stuck in line waiting for ever just to make a simple deposit or wirhdraw DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
