Zeal Credit Union Drive-Thru Allen Rd, Allen Park

Drive through I have never experienced a problem! The girls are wonderful!!! ...However calling any branch is like waiting for it to rain gold down on the world! I literally nodded off after 45 min of waiting n woke up n looked at the minutes gone by it was 1 and a half hours!! That is unacceptable for any bank or institution!!! My prior bank I left because of the drive!! Perhaps I should go back considering I never waited no more than 5 min at least for a menu to ask for a call back number!!!!! SHAMEFUL!!!

The people are nice and helpful but please...post your holiday hours online! I checked your website and Facebook. I called the number (regardless of branch, I always got the main number) but could not find holiday hours. That’s a simple administrative fix. Also, you need to offer business banking. It would be convenient to have both accounts at 1 credit union. Another convenience would be to utilize the drive-through function at the Taylor branch. If that’s too costly, at least move the ATM so it’s a drive up.

Only one I could find opened on Saturday. All branches should be opened on Saturday for at least a few hours. At any rate, while I was waiting in the drive thru they opened another line. Quick service, very friendly teller!

I have been a member here for years. Everyone at the Allen Park branch and drive thru are courteous and professional. The manager is always helpful when I have a question that the tellers can't answer which is rare.

This is the worst Zeal Credit union to ever go to. There Tellers are very Rude and ignorant They Talk to you with no respect Even the branch cordinator of the the Building i think her name is angella was Rude loud and ignorant i dont recommend anyone to go there very poor service i definitely wont be going to this location ever again..

I've been a member for 16 years back when my branch was downriver community credit union. Back then my payroll would be available Thursday into Friday at midnight. Now that it is zeal it is available I believe at 7am Friday morning. Not a huge inconvenience but something that I have noticed. Mobile banking interface is lacking in comparison to other banks. ATM deposit is only available (from what I have encountered) at melvindale in real time (as in I deposit cash and it posts as available) and no where else. ATM is often down at branches.

The Zeal closest to me has a tight squeeze to get my car to the drive up ATM . I've witnessed many trucks ding the yellow barrier guards. The ATM there is also not updated so it cannot distinguish between check and cash deposits and is the only ATM on site. As a credit union goes though, wonderful place to bank.

I had a zeal account and closed it within the year every time I turned around money was missing from my accounts and they always had an excuse. Considering I received a huge type inheritance there was no way I was gonna allow them to hold it , I immediately got with my family's banker of 25 years switches back to my old branches chase and BOA and for those veterans navy federal is AWESOME. Do your self a favor just stay clear of zeal .ALTHOUGH they are good for storage safety deposit boxes IS IT I'm speaking in reference to all deals but mainly DEARBORN location on Michigan ave .

Staff is always very helpful.Charges for overdraft fees are outrageous.I totally understand the concept and appreciate the coverage but the fees are crippling.I'm considering dropping the coverage.Also exploring other institutions.Branches are close to me so that's always a plus.

Quick in and out. Courteous staff.Some patrons do not select a lane and wait to pick a lane backing the traffic up on to Allen Road.
