Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Dix Hwy, Lincoln Park

One teller and six employees sitting in their office with customers lined up to the front door. Then the manager pulls the only teller to go and take care of something for him. Very frustrating. The Southgate office has much better customer service. I have found that if you go to a lower income area the customer service is horrible.

Terrible recognition for customer service. Monday morning and there are 4 employees but only one teller at the window. With over 15 people in line. The other teller seems to be doing some sort of inventory but seems like poor timing and sensitivity to customers time.

This is the worst branch of Bank of America to visit I can’t believe the tellers went on a bathroom break and there’s a line of customers.the booth for the tellers is empty at the moment.

This the only bank in Michigan that don’t open on Saturdays and close at 4pm; this is so inconvenient to the customers. I’m taking my money somewhere else

Wish I could give 0 stars cuz they changed from being able to deposit a check the same day at the counter and when I asked when they changed it they said forever ago when last month I was able to do so

I visited this branch because I needed a cashier's check for the purchase of my new home back in August of 2021 and Polina and her assistant both stayed late to make sure this was done. I left 25 mins after they closed. Thank you for the service. On other days when I do banking there, I usually have to wait for a while. Patient is a virtue! Can't help it these days. The Media destroyed everything!

This is the worst location and the worst service , 10 persons in line and only one lady on window . I’ve been waiting for 30 mins and still there is 6 persons in front of me . This is for sure a grocery store not a bank .

Made a deposit from a settlement. The bank manager informed me there would be a hold on most the funds and that 225 would be available the next day (i transferred the balance from the account online before making the deposit). I contacted boa when i realized that the wrong amount was shown on my deposit receipt (3000 more than the actual check). At midnight, boa withdrew the correct amount from the account of the author of the check. This was after they withdrew 3000 from my account to correct their error. The next day my account was negative 2775. The manager called Friday to assure me that the correction had been made and my account should be at 225. Called Saturday when the balance was unchanged to customer service and was informed that the people in the back office weren't available until Monday and that I'd probably need to return to the branch that made the error on Monday. Monday, called customer service and was told they can't do anything and I'll have to wait until thursday for the error to correct itself when the hold that is 3000 more than my deposit is lifted and the error corrected itself. Without fail, they'd charge me 35 dollars a day had I done this to my account. Meanwhile, i have no funds in entitled to and tomorrow I'll have 3000 less than agreed. How much you think they should pay for the loan? And was it a loan or a crime to continue depriving me of funds several days after acknowledging the error but continuing to hold the funds without authorization or authority?

For business account Staff is friendly but very bad service, mostly they are close in the morning never have change and line take very long, never answer the phone call.
