Chase Bank W Union Hills Dr, Glendale

I have been using this particular branch for all my banking needs for the last 6 years and they've always had excellent customer service. Some of the branch services I have used: drive through banking, ATM, notary, deposits/withdrawals, opening new accounts, adding users to accounts, buying cashiers checks, requesting cash back in specific (newer) bank notes for international travel...My latest experience was no different. I stopped by the bank to ask a couple of questions regarding my account and was advised to talk to a banker. I was offered a couple of different time slots to make an appointment. I came back during that time and was greeted immediately. Mr. Turkal was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all the questions. I would highly recommend Chase bank in general but specifically this branch.

These days, going to the bank is like going to Walmart. You never know what you're going to see. We went in to add a new savings account. Super easy right? Not with one of the largest financial institutions. You can not meet with anyone without an appointment and you need to schedule ahead. Never have I ever been in a situation where I have been told by a bank we can't take your money. I am baffled. I know I know. COVID... The great business excuse poor service. .

Pulled up to the drive thru, traffic was awful on the freeway, it was a Friday, very hot out. Long day of work and I asked for a double plain cheese Burger no ketchup. . Then I realized I made a mistake. Pulled out my check and it was good business. They are awesome.

Been banking at this location for 3 years now and never have a complaint! With all the changes within Chase itself & changing some of their branches, this location has picked up a bit of traffic so there are times when it’s VERY busy, but all the bankers & tellers are so friendly, it’s hard not to come back, even if it’s just to say hi. Unfortunate to see people leaving fake reviews, there is no one named Ron that works here, & hasn’t ever been. Lol.

The Best People Here!!!! I live closer to 3 other chase banks and drive across town to use this one when I need help with something. Every single employee that I have encountered is always prompt with service and very professional, makes you feel like they really care!!! 😁 THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

Been using Chase for over 30 years! Very helpful. Just find it hard to get out of the parking lot in front entrance.

I needed a document notarized and after reading the reviews was hesitant to use this branch. I too called several times and got the horrible "we are too busy to answer the phone" message so I went into the branch. I was met by a nice girl named Aimee. I let her know that I needed something notarized. She said we don't have anyone available now but come back at 2:30, it was noon. I thought here we go. However, I showed up about 2:25 and was helped immediately. I was finished and back at my car by 2:30. Jason notarized my document for me. He was very friendly, professional and the transaction was swift. Had they answered the phone it would have saved me a trip but overall not the problem others have had. I will use them again. They really do need to answer the phone though. That is ridiculous and why I am not giving them five stars.

Was told it was going to be 30 min for the notary, ended up waiting over an hour and a half only to be told it would be an additional half hour. Wish they would've just told me in the first place the notary would be busy for the next 2 hours and I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting... The other employees were nice enough to call another location and ask if their notary was busy. Still would be nice if they would have been more accurate about the wait time.

Arrived 15 minutes before they closed, just needed to add someone to my account. The tellers took 10 minutes to help me and when they did the (what I think) manager interrupted rudely saying he cannot help me because they’re about to close. His name was Ron; very upsetting customer service experience.

Found out my debit card was compromised. Got a call from Chase. Representative spoke broken English and was hard to understand. My card was cancelled and I was told to go into a branch. Went into 59th and Union Hills and it was a free for all. I saw a couple of employees staring off into space and one gazing out a window. There were customers sitting at a couch but no sign in sheet or rhyme or reason for customer service. I walked back to the business center and spoke to a representative. I explained my situation and how my debit card was compromised. I then shared that there is no sign up sheet out front to which the peanut gallery blonde bimbo states” well, you should know then that we don’t have sign-up sheets to protect the identity of our customers.” Then she turns her back and walks away. So I got blasted by this B**ch in a hit and run. Been banking with Chase for almost 25 years. They don’t deserve to have my money!
