Aero FCU is fantastic! I’ve financed 2 auto loans with them, a bank acct & credit card, and when I needed a personal loan after having a new home built so I could get my backyard completed, but didn’t have any equity yet, they went above & beyond to help! The staff at the Beardsley branch have been so helpful too! I’m a customer for life!

I've been a member since 1988. Kept a small savings account in case I wanted to take out a car loan or low interest credit card. Over the past few years, they've taken fees out of my account and then restored it when I called them on it. Then, they started closing my account without notice "for inactivity." Told me I had to do something every year. So, I did. And they restored my funds again. And then they closed it in 6 months. Evidently, there was a policy change. So, I closed the account and they sent me a check. It was less a bunch of fees, I guess. So, after 33 years, I have less money than my opening balance, even though I've not withdrawn $$$. I would have been less upset if they'd just said, "Hey, you've been here too long. We don't value you as a customer. Get out."

We have been banking with them for 47 years and have been very satisfied. All of the employees have been fantastic.

I love AERO. I've been a member for years and they NEVER disappoint. They always have your best interest in mind! It's nice to not feel like you're in a sales pitch everytime you need to go in for something. Leslie Navarrete and Nikki Muoio are the absolute best! We’ve had several auto and RV loans through them, and they worked seamlessly to make sure the process was fast and easy. They always picked up the phone when I called, which is rare these days. Highly, highly recommend them for all loan needs!

We are so pleased with Aero, all their employees and the services they provide. It's a completely different banking experience. They make everything SO EASY, they are available and one on one, you don't feel like a number. We have checking, savings and our car loan through them. To finance our car literally took less than 15 minutes, great interest rate and we paid it off early and that took 3 minutes. This is what banking should be everywhere but it's not. We will be lifelong customers at Aero.

Super fast, super friendly. We switched over our auto loan for a much lower percentage and added my wife to our checking account in a half hour, in and out. Not even a joke. Going to be with them for a long time.

I have been a member of this credit union for many years. I worked with Nikki and Leslie on a loan application. The loan application process took me less than 15 minutes over the phone with minor follow-up questions. Once approved I had a certificate to show the dealer I was pre-approved after I negotiated price. Remainder of the interaction was between dealer and credit union without the need for me getting involved. Simple and efficient. I only wish the purchase of a car was so easy. :)

I am an out-of-state customer and this makes my second time using Aero Federal for refinancing my auto loan. My first experience was very pleasant and hassle-free, which led me to return to them for business when I purchased a new vehicle. I contacted them recently about refinancing my new SUV and was paired with loan officer Larissa. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive. Larissa was able to get my loan approved and everything completed within just a couple business days. I was refinanced with a much better interest rate, and she helped save me over $150 a month on my payment, plus put money in my savings account. I will recommend Aero Federal time and time again to family and friends.
