Chase Bank Palm Ave, Imperial Beach

Half the time the ATM are closed down and won't give out cash. The lines are always long seeing as how they only have two people working in the front. I had to disable the Chase app because it was hacked and money was being stolen from me. This place has really gone downhill and I'm about ready to move on.

I cannot believe i had the pleasure to be helped by such a helpful and friendly person! I cannot believe that people so kind still roam the earth. Paulette has truly made my day an impact in my life. I will definitely go back, I was about to change banks, but because of her I decided to stay at Chase.

I just moved here, and needed help with my bank information. I was connected with Nickie, not sure of the spelling. She was so very kind and patient with me, and knew exactly how to meet my needs. Thank you for resolving an issue where Wells Fargo failed.

Walked in. No one acknowledges anyone in that bank. I sat down and waited for 25 minutes. Five bank representatives walked by me including the branch manager and still was not acknowledge. I looked around for a security guard. NO Guard. Please acknowledge every person that comes through your doors. It's nothing like SDCCU.

Felicia the Branch Manager surely is running an organization based on customer services satisfaction. Chase do not let this lady go work for the competition. The entire staff were friendly and efficient. All my of needs were resolved in an effective fashion.

The staff is really friendly and helpful but the branch manager is very rude and annoying.
