This branch is always crowded but one thing for sure, when you walk into the branch you will be greeted. My first few visits it came across very robotic, disingenuous. But recently I came here for a rare request. I was in need of someone at the branch getting some dire information for me. Lizette the branch manager was so very helpful. You can tell that she has built a rapport with her clients. She new them by name and they new her. She was so patient and helpful. Although we didn't get my request accomplished that day. She ensured that we would get it done. She even made it super convenient for me. Thank you to everyone at this branch.

As your walking in the door on the left is not locking appropriately by itself. 2 customers were able to enter without using a card to get clearance.

Customer service is not just saying hi when you walk in and bye when you walk out. Customer service means treating your customer like your only customer. You don't have to be condescending to people and just because you work at a bank doesn't make you any better than the person on the other end. Smile be friendly. The person in front of you is conducting business with the company that you as an employee represent. If you don't like your job, quit. A customer doesn't want to hear that the other branches are not doing their job. Bring it up to your management not the customer. Anyway, not so great an experience one star. 2 times here same attitude by first a guy teller now a girl teller. This branch is definitely not happy friendly.

I opened a new account and want my new account promo. They pick up and hang up the phone. They should be answering.

This is not a people friendly bank. I walked into the bank 50 minutes before closing to open a new account and was told they didn't have time to do it. Guess they don't need the business. Will never return to that branch.

Staff is extremely rude, slow and give you a hard time cashing anything. I have no idea how any of the staff were given work with the general public. Considering many of the other reviews on here, its obvious Chase cooperate doesn't care at all. If you can avoid doing anything at this location, next to using the ATM, I would suggest you drive a couple of miles elsewhere.

Wowwwww I'm not Surprised with the amount of unhappy people at this location,,went there yesterday to open a new account ,,didn't get the Dude name But he had the mohak hair style,,,He might look like a Million dollar ,,But he has No Customer service whatsoever ,,I definitely don't recommend this location at all .

Came to the location for the first time I was greeted by Vanessa who gave me amazing service. She not only helped me out by answering my questions but as well was giving me advice and so i decide to switch from Wells Fargo to chase so she took me to a personal banker where I opened an account I will definitely be doing all my business at this chase.

They only answer the phone to hang up on you. Tried calling multiple times and they don’t care. About as easy as giving a 1 star. Click!

Fail to open an account arrived half an hour before closed. Come earlier next time.
