This branch is way too understaffed during Saturday for the tellers and new account representatives. The wait time is crazy. I see tellers are working nonstop and they look tired and hopeless. I feel sorry for them. However, 5 STARS to the associates. They were friendly and helpful.

I've been a customer for 20+ years and no more! I beg you to pick another bank. Their platform is amazing but the customer service on the phone, in chat bots, or face to face is the worst. This branch specifically needs to be reviewed. 99.99% of my visits always turn out to be a bad experience.

The manager here is rude and half the time she is on the phone with her friends or family. They need to get better leadership. She thinks she is "un-replaceable" and has a very poor work ethic. Every time I've needed something it's like i'm a bother to her. I'm a "prefer" member. I hope the regional manager contacts me about this......

I asked for new in sequence Bill's. They said they would call me. The bankers and I say bankerS because there was more than 3 of them involved in this. And the wait time are bad. Add a window. We see you too. We would like the service we are paying for!

Nasty bugs infested in the ATM machines. Been a problem for weeks now. No excuse they need pest control ASAP

Horrible service! Stay away! Came to deposit, but apparently they just are not interested to do their job. Lady by the name "Gabrielle" was furious for doing her job, and tells me not to come back with frequent deposits. Just close the bank if they don't want to work. No wonder they have poor rating.

Closes an hour earlier than other Bank of America's nearby, service worse than other Bank of America's nearby. My contractor tries to cash a check that has both me and his company name on it. One time my contractor can just deposit the check without any questions asked. One time I had to come with the contractor signing a signature card, so I won't have to come in with my contractor again in the future. Today they wanted me to come in with the contractor AGAIN to deposit the check. We asked how come each time the policy is different? They can't give us an answer, they blamed whoever handled our previous transactions did it incorrectly. If that's the case, then all the employees need to be trained all over again to keep the rules consistent.

This place is lacks customer service skills, Monika the skeletoral manager needs to be trained. She is a lazy entitled employee that gets irritated if her assistance is needed. Plus, I saw her flirt with Jose right when the customers back was turned. Anyway, Never have I felt that my money was a inconvinence. Probably I disappointed her due to my race. DON'T COME HERE!!!

We visited this place on Feb 14th regarding some personal account issues. Daniel Merlo helped us thoroughly and efficiently. He is so professional and helpful and our problems were solved completely. He is such a friendly manager, charming, and with great humor. He even walked us out!!! Our experience with him was so wonderful.

This bank needs to be closed or the people need to be let go ASAP. Except Roxy she was great!
