Chase Bank Main St, Ferndale

I chose Chase because they are all over the country but I stay with Chase because this branch is has Super awesome customer service. The tellers and managers are Friendly and Helpful.

This is my favorite Chase location. Amazing friendly service and a very clean and modern branch. Very transparent when opening accounts and extremely responsive when you have questions or need changes made to your account. I am a very satisfied business/personal customer. Love the online banking as well.

they stole all my money and closed my account and i am suing them. now i have to pay more just to sue them. dont use this bank ever!!!

Worst banking experience ever. The only reason why I opened bank account here was because of the job I was doing delivering food uses Chase Bank and I didn't get charged for direct deposit my money from my job to the bank account well 1st when I opened an account the guy never put on my new account bonus Which would have gave me $200 after the 60 days or 90 days of direct deposits equal more than a $1000 which I had well I called the main officeSaid it was up to the main teller at the bank branch that I went to if they were still going to Still honor the new account bonus, Which day didn't, And 2nd anytime trying to ask them for any information or help you have to have my account number or your bank card number and all your information which is great for security But I lost my card couple days ago so I don't have my card number and I come in Maybe 2 minutes after 3 o'clock on it's at 3 o'clock on Christmas Eve and well ladies just oh ladies just too bad will you close that thread today and can't get into the bank now until Monday what it is Thursday. So Ferndale Chase Bank probably the worst one there is. Not to mention unless you're dressed in a suit and tie they don't really want to even talk to you or help you.

Change your hours of operation to normal at 6 pm and open on Saturday it’s not convenient at all mostly everyone gets off at 5 and you guys close at 5 and mostly everyone home on Saturday and you guys are close on Saturday it’s the worst operating hours

Worst.Bank.Ever. Theres so many hidden fees I dont know how they keep up with them. You get charged 12$ (Every month!) service fee, for just having an account with them. (Crooks!) Also if you want to wire money to anyone (EVEN YOURSELF) its 25$! I'm sure these fees get worse and worse. I can't imagine the overdraft fees. Wouldn't recommend. Ever.

Question... As a Canadian wanting to open an account. What would be needed ? Thank you !
