I tried to go through the drive-up banking, but no one was there. I waited a bit, but it looked dark, so I just walked into the bank and asked. They told me that there is someone there ,but you have to wait because he is doing other things

Terrible service. Eddy didn’t understand where I was coming and I asked him if he could please waive a fee for me because my wallet just got stolen and I brought in an expired ID from this year? I work in customer service an at least we try to help clients as much as we can, he didn’t even try. Finally I called customer service 1-800# and got it waived.

They need a teller who doesn’t take forever at the drive thru... 3rd time here and it took 10 min for a simple cash deposit and to get change. A transaction that only takes minimum 3-5 min!

This place has the worst costumer service ever , Christopher who pretends to be the manager is noooooo help what’s soooo ever , he’s definitely not management material , this place has one teller and 4 customer service agents who are beyond useless , I’m on line for 20 mins and no one even made a move to get rid of the line ... DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK .

If there was a MINUS 100, i would give it. Do NOT use this branch for consultations. Ever. Unless you want your blood pressure to sky rocket!!!!
