Chase Bank Pacific Blvd, Huntington Park

I wanted to open an account in this bank but they have terrible customer service. They act like they don't want you to be there. Good for me there's other banks.

I went in to fix an issue I had with my card and the young lady by the name of Jessica is really bad at her customer service! Went in to get help nd for her to simply say nd repeat that I messed up, which I myself knew that already, she should've helped me. It isbher job to do so, I went to the branch on Olympic and Soto, BEST service even though I messed up by a simple mistake Definitely NOT coming here again.

Never had a problem with Chase ever and now that Chase allows customers to do nearly everything on the Chase App. The less visits i need to take and for me thats a 5 star.

This was my first open A checking account here and I was supposed to get 250 on my first direct deposit which I never received and I to this bank and I made the biggest mistake of my life coming here not only were they rude they didn't even want to help me out with me problems I had when I can in He said there was nothing he could do about it And to come tomorrow to try it again And I was just about to leave He never turn on the computer and then He told me that the promoDoes not qualify because it was made though paypal I told him well that how my boss pays me im going to open an account else where

My first bad encounter at this location was trying to open up my student checking account, when I showed up they said to do it online and clearly didn’t work. Next I had to set an appointment and that gave me a 2 week delay because their employees do not help. Now i’m dealing with the ATM eating my check and not allowing my deposit to go through. I spoke to an employee and received no help. I will now not be going to this location anymore.

Only care about opening new accounts. Not willing to help people with actual issues. Dude helping nobody told me he had an appointment at 3 and is waiting for the new account to come. It’s 320 and still hasn’t tried helping anyone.

To open up a account for a debit card they run your credit, does anyone know what does your credit score supposed to be to be able to qualify ????

be careful at this bank they try to trick you..i went to cash a check they told me i had to pay $75 fee that i supposely owned 4 years ago so i paid it just so i could cash my check for bills ,then the teller Alex said sorry we cant help u..so they didnt cash my check.. but took my $75 horrible bank i will never go back n i will tell all my family and friends not to bank with chase...thats alot of bussiness they will lose
