Bank of America Financial Center Pacific Blvd, Huntington Park

20+ people in Line and 1 TELLER 8+ people sitting down and 2 representatives on the Desk. I just want Bank of America to explain why is there 6 Desks for representatives and 8 teller windows. Need to hire Way more Employees!!!! We have our accounts here OUR MONEY!! and expect FAST!! Service more than anything!! How can we trust PUR MONEY WITH A NONE SUFFICIENTLY EMPLOYED BANK LIKE THIS WE NEED GOOD AND FAST SERVICE!! WE DONT HAVE 30 minutes to spend standing in line we are not shopping!!!! First and last time here in this Location! If I get a PARKING TICKET BOA IS REIN BURSTING ME!! I will take all my 4 account to different BANK!!! This Bad review for sure won’t end here! I paid for my parking Space at 11:16 am for 15 minutes it’s now been 26 minutes I’m still in LINE!!!

Worst customer service ever. They send you all the people in the bank to help yet no one knows what they’re doing. They sent a “Representative” James Merilyn to help me verify a call. After answering the phone she hands the phone back to me and tells me I have to tell the rep on the phone that I have wait for someone else to be available because she can’t verify. After waiting already more than 40 min to get helped. So she’s not a representative. Has no idea what she’s doing and will just waste your time. Like everyone else.

This bank is always understaffed, they only have 3 tellers at all times even when the line is almost out that door! I’ve not experienced this with any other Bank of America only this one. Hope management can do something about this.

Worst bank to bank with, long lines and 1 or two at the most when banking for the simplest transactions, like a deposit. There is no longer a business Teller.

They need more staff and they definitely need to work on their customer service. I could give zero stars, believe me I would. No other branch is like this.

All stars!!! 😀 because i want everybody to see it. and there is 2 employees at the windows but they are good ladies and very kind too. Is not their faults either! We all know the bad staff. I’m giving you free ideas to improve the place in this review. 1. Probably 1 more employee to work at windows won’t hurt your budget. (At least on the weekends) 2. One extra person to help people with ATM Machines. 3. Since Huntington Park is a big city you have a very crowded place. Good right!? Lot of Customers. You should offer some water!💧 Thank you Good day!

I Did NOT expect to wait in line for ONE whole hour!! Seriously... Never coming back. I am actually considering switching over to Chase. ALL Bank of Americas are like this! If there was a choice to chose No stars I would!!! Ridiculous.

If you're looking to get in line here DON'T WASTE YOU TIME. Just got somewhere. It's rush hour & they always only have one teller. Really slow terrible service.

Calling customer service to speed up check processing but they wont . I need to pay my rent on the 1st but they wont release it untill the 11. . Its not my fault that my boss gave me a different check stub .

This is the absolute worst Bank of America I have ever walked into! Lorena Solis is very rude! She made my wife and I feel very uncomfortable!
