Honestly I have to keep it short and sweet otherwise I’m not going to stop listing the amazing qualities of this store, it’s owner, and his team. I say team because Ronny (owner) treats his employees like he treats his customers - with respect and gratitude. Super humble guy not to mention the offers you will receive for your eligible items from this pawn shop are better than any pawn shop/major retailer around. Ridiculous items in the store to choose from as well. Just all around an amazing experience and I am looking forward to doing business with these awesome people again.

My outing for today was a trip to Goldexico Pawn Shop and Gold Exchange. I love going there because of the quality of the things they sell. Its also a very neatly organized place with ambiance like no other pawn shop that I have been in. I 💘. the Customer service there it is amazing. Staff is so hospitable. Actually found what I wanted at a reasonable price. I will be going back in the not to distant future. Try it I am sure you will love it as well.

Was given a quote via the web site for a brand new never used gucci hobo bag. Drove 2 and a half hours to be told never mind! You shouldn't quote people if you have no intention on making a sale!

I came in to sell my Louis Vuitton bag, and this pawn shop was very professional and easy to do business with! It was my first time selling a luxury bag and they made me feel very comfortable in the entire process, and offered me a more than fair deal! It happened pass by these pawn shops three to be exact right on Florence, right before you get to Pacific, in the City of Huntington Park, but the only one I found something that got my attention was 14k gold cross charm that got my attention... i got it at Gold Exchange, I wish I would have gotten it cheaper but hey ended up getting it at a reasonable price and looking forward on doing business with this establishment again...

Claim to purchase goods such as Gucci, channel, YSL. However when I took my $500.00 Gucci belt I was offered 50 dollars. People made me feel like a joke, even offer up wouldn’t give me 50.

This place is horrible. Was in a tight spot in my life and I needed cash. I was referred by a friend so I contacted them to sell my LV Neverfull GM. Purse was only used once and I’ve only owned it for 4 months. So I texted them with pictures of purse and all that comes with it recipes, dust bad, box etc. so they ask me what am I asking for I give them a price and they offered me such a low amount I was so offended. Not even the pouch by itself is the price they offered. I was hoping to have a good experience do to the reviews and being referred but I was highly disappointed. You have better luck selling on offer up or Facebook Market. Only reason why I gave one star is so I can write a review, Don’t be fooled!!! I would of given -5 if it was an option.

My mom needed to send money to Mexico... While looking for wire services to Mexico, Mexico Express at Gold Exchange was the 1st thing that came out. I was not aware that it was a pawnshop. When we arrived, the employees greeted us w/a smile and service was fast and helpful. The money we send - got to Mexico in a matter of minutes... I was also amazed on all the services they offer at the pawnshop.

I got a flat coming home from work one day, pulled over to the side of the curb thinking to myself, damn I don't need this.... I don't have enough money to get a new tire right now.... Started walking down Florence for a tire shop, came across this pawn shop... so I take my chain in....the guy behind the counter told me how much he would give me to pawn it and I knew he wasn't lying because I pawned my chain previously somewhere else and knew what it was worth so he wasn't trying to scam me, right then and there I knew that this was a honest place...

Bought a gold necklace. Had it tested to make sure it was gold and that it was not gold plated. The jeweler that tested the necklace let me know that it was real and solid gold. I will do business here again.

I've been going with them since 2014, I've not once had an issue there. The staff there is helpful I've been dealing with only one person (it's sad, but I don't know his name.. I'm sure he's said it before), but he's always on the first window. He's always helped me with my payments and with any issues that come up. I really like this place and will continue to go there. I recently missed a payment and thought I had lost my items, but the gentleman on the first window is helping me retrieve them 🙏🙏🤞🤞. At least they're not rude like other places.. Why should the girls in Beverly Hills have all the fun? You’re getting the same exact product, so it might’ve been worn a few times... big deal, you can’t walk into Louis Vuitton on rodeo and asked to put a couple hundred dollars down and come back every couple of weeks and then get your purse this is the excellent solution for the girl who has champagne taste on a beer budget!
