I had a great experience setting up a checking account with Jennifer Hiltz. She's knowledgeable, understanding, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for local banking or credit needs.

I have only ever had Chase. They've always been nice to me no matter what branch I've been in but this branch in particular was absolutely outstanding. I don't normally leave reviews but I was so thankful for the service that I received here that I felt like I needed to leave such positive feedback! They solved a major issue for me very promptly and with such courtesy. I couldn't say thank you enough, especially to Jennifer. She will now be my own personal banker for anything and everything I need!

Great branch! I made a simple phone call regarding my account and the gentleman answered it very well. I called my 2 local branches in West Melbourne and Melbourne and the phones just kept ringing which is the norm.. Thanks again.. great branch on beach side!

I love the company! But this location is impossible, every time I try to do anything more complicated then withdrawing money from an atm I call, ask what I will need to make it quick and easy. And every time I get there, and it's a whole different thing, or I don't have all the correct info or a particular thing to happen. But how is that possible I called... I asked... So if you value your time at all choose A DIFFERENT BRANCH! Also, the manager seems to think they don't have products they want to sell us the chase customers. Makes you feel confident about who is handling your money right! Corporate was very understanding about it. Like I said I love the company. Update: This issue has still not been resolved! Each person I talk to is polite and nice and then kicks the can to be the next persons problem - 2 branches and 4+ calls to corporate - Maybe i dont love the company any more!

don't use the arm only took $3 of the $400 I had to deposit. Then said it was unsure if it even deposited the amount.

Love it, they even have a atm were you can deposit coins as well as withdraw in other types of bills no just 20s.
