Chase Bank S Robert St, West St Paul

Initially, I was very reluctant to switch banks from Wells Fargo since I had already been with them for 10 years. But by golly after really taking the time to come in and see what chase was about, it was a no brainer. None of this would have been possible without the employee I think Oliver was his name (forgive me if I spelled that wrong). He was very well educated on the policies and made the transition a piece of cake! And I love cake. Overall I would rate this place 6 stars if I could, thank you Oliver for your help!

Got an check from my insurance from chase bank so I went there and cash it counting my money I see I’m short So I ask the teller about it and then he tell me oh that the check cashing fee well shouldn’t you tell me that before cashing the check It’s a check from your own bank so why am I getting charge anything because I’m not a member ? Well that a way for me to never become a member

Right from the moment I walked in the atmosphere was superb, they have somebody to greet you it makes you feel very comfortable and makes you feel important as a customer I didn't catch his name.. they really did make banking easy... Ridwan helped me set up my account and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, very understanding,it really seemed like he was trying to help with the best for you. There was a teller to and she was amazing I didn't catch her name either, but great personality. I would recommend Chase to everybody if they want banking done right.

Met with Oliver to change something with my checking account by making an appointment ahead of time. Oliver made it a very personable experience. He was well versed in trying to uncover potential benefits that I might benefit from. Chase seems to care about the well being of the customers that visit the branch with all the precautions put in place. Masks are required by both customers and employees, hand sanitizer and wipes are available, and plexiglass dividers are installed at every station. Great experience overall as my first experience at a Chase branch. Looking forward to banking with Chase for the foreseeable future.

I wish I could give them a zero star. Their ATM here is always having a issues. Plus, cards don’t have access to their front door to use inside ATM after hours.

Superb customer service! All of the employees of this Chase branch showed hospitality and customer service at its finest. I can honestly say it was the best bank experience I've ever had. Upon leaving, my wife commented: "I didn't know people could be so happy working in a bank". Keep up the great work Chase Team! I look forward to the next visit!

I've called 4 Chase banks to try to talk to a banker, no one ever answers the phone and there's no option to even leave a voicemail! This is ridiculous!!! They just say "call by later". I've tried - you still don't answer!

For a billion dollar corporation.. YOU CANT EVEN HAVE DOORS THAT WORK AFTER HOURS! AND HALF THE TIME THE ATM (DRIVE THRU) DOESNT WORK. WORST LOCATION EVER!

I haven't had a good customer service interaction in a while but this branch was outstanding!! Bre (sorry if spelling is wrong) and representative in training were extremely kind and personable. They got my account change done fast with attention to detail at the same time. Not to mention how beautiful the branch is too!
