It seems that every time i walk in here on a weekday, there is always one teller and i end up waiting 20 minutes to get help. Awful experience everytime. They should have atleast two people at the front desk at all times. My service was not quick or efficient.

Worst Chase Bank I've ever been to. You need hour long appointments to open accounts, they can't keep track of paperwork, etc. They cancelled an appointment with me as a result, and forgot I changed my address on my account.
