Samantha and Jennifer worked diligently to refinance my truck and provide a loan for a new summer toy. Not only was the process smooth and quick, but they cut my interest rate in half on the truck with no additional cost, but they beat out other loans by half the interest rate for the jetski. Will do business with River Valley again soon!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here with getting a loan for a vehicle. I dont have the best credit so its been a task with places declining or trying to put me with 21% interest rates. The ladys at river valley were very compassionate and extremely helpful with my situation and i got into a vehicle thanks to them!! Update: 06/27/22 After them getting me into my vehicle, they have not been helpful at all. Every time I call I am on hold for 20 plus minutes. I have called a few different times and asked for the loan department and I told everyone is assisting other customers and that some one will call me back. I have yet to receive a phone call back from anyone, Currently looking to get my vehicle refinanced with another institution so that I can have customer service.

First time doing everything over the phone, it was totally different. I am glad the voice was friendly, and informative. Times have changed and stepping forward! Thanks!!!
