They were able to help my husband I get approved when no one else was willing to work with us. Being a first time home buyer we had no clue what to expect! Team mortgage really laid everything out for use step by step so we knew what was next. They also have an awesome online portal where you can easily upload the documents they need. Amazing team both times I had the opportunity to work with them! I worked with Team Mortgage for my initial home purchase a few years ago and after such a seamless process it was no brainer when I chose them for my refinance. I had the opportunity to work with Mike this time around and he proved every step of the way that I had made the right choice. They were quick and attentive to all of my needs during what can prove to be a stressful process even when you have the best at team on deck-life changing and all 😉. This is the second time we've worked with Team Mortgage Company and cant say enough good things about this company! Home buying can be extremely challenging and stressful, Tom and his team do an excellent job supporting and communicating with you throughout the process start to finish. Since my husband is a Veteran, it was great to directly work with Tom who is extremely knowledgeable on VA loans. Couldn't recommend another mortgage broker more!

There were times that I felt like I was demanding information on short timelines and Kelly from his team was always pleasant and understanding. Team Mortgage is a great company to work with and made buying my home a great experience. Everything went very smooth and everyone there is very knowledgeable in what they do. I’m a first time home buyer and I had no idea on what to do, but thankfully Tom walked me thru every step. Tom gave me great advice on building my credit to make sure I was able to get my dream home. Tom worked day and night to close my home within 3 weeks, unheard of. They got me a 15yr refinace rate of 1.99%! Hard not to be happy with them after that. They mainly got my business because the credit union I contacted first didnt have the time to answer the basic questions I had and Tom at Team Mortgage did. It worked out well for me and I recommend anyone to give them a chance also.

This is an exceptional group of people here who worked earnestly on my case to get this this loan approved and closed. Several unique circumstance made my qualifications for a loan extremely difficult, but Tom was able to find just the right fit for me and worked with the underwriters directly in order to close this loan. Because of Tom and Team Mortgage I have been able to purchase this home when it would have been otherwise impossible. More than two months of paperwork, documents, inspections, appraisals, applications, letters, affidavits, and the more and more requirements demanded by the underwriter... I was ready to just give it up and forget about this house, but Tom insisted he could get this to go through and for me to 'hang in there'. Because of his efforts and the dedicated work of his team, even helping me when I was on vacation halfway around the world, everything finally came together. I personally had a great experience when purchasing a home in the summer of 2017. My experience with Tom Girardot at Team Mortgage Company was very positive, he kept me well informed through the entire home buying process. The employees at Team Mortgage Company were very professional and organized. Tom Girardot alway seemed invested in making sure he was representing what was in my best interest as his customer. Tom was always quick to return my phone calls when I needed any clarification and/or information regarding paperwork, home inspections and underwriting etc. I never felt uninformed while buying my home, Tom was always on top of his game, and he worked hard to get me the best rates available at the time. He had good relationships with multiple financial institutions to ensure that I had the best chances of getting a Home loan approved that fit my budget.
