Chase Bank S Packard Ave, Cudahy

I've been baking here for at least 30 years or more. Never had issues with anyone here. They don't have a coin counter anymore but have found that other banks got rid of it too. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in a line.

Not the best banking experience. First, the seating is very very limited. Four chairs serving all clients! Bank requirements to open an account are very strict. As a non citizen I found it very difficult to open an account here. Didn't have that problem at different banks. The are very selective with proof of address documents. They won't accept some documents that are accepted by the state's DMV! Tellers are nice and cooperative but undeniably understaffed.

I do not bank with Chase, but I have always gone here to get quarters for my laundry. Last time I went I was told because I do not bank with them I can not get quarters, but since I had walked all the way there they were nice enough to give them to me anyway. I appreciate their flexibility even though I am not a normal customer!! I know my boyfriend will continue to bank there. :) thank you!

Got rid of automated coin counter machine. Must be manually counted now. Fees every MONTH to keep my account with them... on top of 35$ over draft fees. Honestly, chase isn't worth it. I'm going elsewhere. Staff was not considerate of my time. No more drive through windows. Not enough atm drive thru's to make up for the discontinued teller windows; there is only one drive thru atm. If you take away one, You must give more of the other. ..!

Every chance they get they charge you for something. They don't even count your change anymore for free. I am closing my accounts and taking my business else where. More people need to do the same.

Inhave multiple accounts here and have banked with them for years and still cannot get a notary done. Been here multiple times and they are always busy..dont answer the phone ever! The tellers are always friendly and fast.

I opted to change banks, for quick access to it and every time I try to make a transaction in this bank through the car service, I can't. The ATM is always damaged!

I had a major issue with the text service. Went in to see my banker Lindsey, and was greeted by a lady named Jackie. I sat down with her and within ten minutes I was ready to jump over the bulletproof glass and beat the crap out of her. Every time I tried to talk she'd cut me off and speak over me. I tried explaining to her what happened two or three times and she looked at me like I was stupid. She was completely unprofessional and displayed absolutely horrible customer service. Come to find out later she was the branch manager Jackie J Scott. SHE DOES NOT DESERVE HER JOB. If you do decide to bank here. Bank with Lindsey. She is very nice, professional, and caring. But due to my experience with the HORRIBLE BRANCH MANAGER Jackie J Scott. As well as the horrible service I received when I called customer service. I am closing my account and going elsewhere.

They NEVER answer their phone and when they do they are rude, rushed and don't want to do their jobs. No drive through service and the wait times inside are usually timely. Wouldn't recommend this bank.

There was a spider inside the screen of the atm, but that’s because they had some great customer service.
