Chase Bank W Slaughter Ln, Austin

Customer service is seriously lacking except for the one banker who is amazing, super responsive but unfortunately, also too busy to be available when needed. Not enough staff and the one ATM teller who works afternoons has the worst attitude towards her job, doesn't have enough knowledge and doesn't even want to try and find the answer to improve her knowledge to hopefully, help the next person that might have the same question the next time. It's sad to see the level of service degrade to such low levels. And yes, they never answer the phones. Branch manager - please help improve the customer experience!

Chase (this Branch?) will not cash verifiable personal checks. No concern or willingness to provide financial services. The Managers I've spoken with could be replaced by ATMs that take cash deposits. No fees so far. Extra star for ATMs and locations minus a couple stars for not having ATMs that allow cash deposits. Left with lots of questions.

Stopped in today to make a DEPOSIT! 100% was going into Chase! I did make it a little complicated and the teller had a problem so she goes to talk to the manager. He comes out and tells me I can't do it my way. I don't know what she said to him? (I don't think English was either's first language?) I leave and drive to the Chase at Slaughter and I35. They have no problem at all doing what I needed. I was out in five minutes.

Slower than expected, usually good staff here. I guess its the labor-shortage issue making it difficult to get good help.

Mr. Oliver Mendoza was the banker that helped me sort through my problems that I was disputing in an old business account and he was very kind and very helpful. Mr. Mendoza was pleasant throughout the entire experience and was patient when I had questions about a separate issue that I did not understand about my personal debit card and he was very thorough. I felt welcomed as a guest and was not made to wait very long before receiving assistance. Thanks for everything! Satisfied client, KQL

They tell you to make an appointment, but they literally NEVER answer the phone. I don't believe it even rings in the bank. I've called dozens of times across multiple days. To me, the point of making an appointment is so I won't have to make multiple trips into the bank in order to get help with one simple thing. But this is what happens EVERY time.

Worst bank ever got a credit card from Amazon through them took me 4 calls over 6 months been cancelled a month they are still tring to charge me fees.

Does anyone work here other than the manager? 7 empty desks at 3PM on Monday.

The negative reviews stun me! The folk at this branch are the nicest, friendliest warmest bankers i have ever met! Tim and Stephen are always there waiting with a smile and willing to help anytime!

$12 a month for my checking account? You should be ashamed.
