A very good financial business for bank.most are friendly, but tellers cop attitude towards older people who aren't so computer savvy.and some of us take our financial privacy lot more seriously. Sometimes you don't want a pin number on your card. Because it keeps you from being hacked. This is aimed at rude tellers. Who lose their composure, manner are the cornerstone of civilization. One bad experience with a teller. But we all have theses. .

They are slow but efficient. Honestly they just need more tellers. I was in line inside. It was 3-4 people long. There was one teller. After waiting 15 minutes another worker came to help diminish the line. It was nice to see he made an effort to make things go quicker. I told him thank you. He was very friendly and polite as well

When I walked in, there was a lady in accounts busy with a client, and 2 male employees just standing there. I was not greeted by anyone. When it was my turn, Denise was very helpful, attentive , and pleasant.

Best customer service i have had with any bank executive, ask for Denise Franco, she was really helpful in assisting us with all queries , we had gone for just an update to the account, but she helped create an account for my wife and clear up all the details and linking needed between both of our accounts, she was very calm and helpful in assisting us through out the process, definitely recommend this bank, and ask for denise franco if you are setting up an appointment.. Keep up the good work !! Cheers !!

The worst customer service ever...I spoke to one of the branch managers today, and she was super rude. I will never go there again and I won't bank with Bank of America anymore. They don't deserve my business

You can expect long lines at the drive through and only one person working. Staff is fairly friendly but all they can do is take your deposit. Need help with a Morgage or escrow or money missing. You have to call a 1800 number. Not sure what the pointof this branch beyond taking money. Banker is of little to no use if you have any real questions. If you need help they refer you to their 1800 number but even then your speaking with some that can’t help you with you Bank of America issues and they refer you to a branch. .

Mr. CASEY COOK, Financial Manager at BoA Oak Hill Location, is at best a LIAR and at worst a LIAR with RACIST BIASES. I recently accepted a job at a large and well-known university in another state and was mailed a check to cover moving expenses. I bank with an online bank but my check exceeds the mobile deposit limit. Figured I deposit check in my partner’s BoA checking account. Called BoA and was told that third party checks are allowed. Went to the local Bank of America (Oak Hill location) to deposit check. Upon arrival Mr. Casey Cook expressed his suspicions of the check and asked us several contentious questions (company policy? empirically derived suspicions or implicit bias?). He asked about the origin/purpose of the check, as if me answering these questions would determine the validity of the check. (FYI, no answer is ever good enough for racist logic). I went on to explain that the check is to cover moving costs for a new job. He then had the AUDACITY to ask me if I actually interviewed with the large university…. Despite his underlying suspicions & accusations I answered his questions with grace/respect. I also gave him the original envelope of the check, driver’s license, showed emails from university and job offer to further add credibility to my request. Mr. Cook was still uncertain about accommodating our request. He suggested three possible solutions: 1) get a cashier’s check from Chase bank since they issued the check; 2) open an checking account with BOA and deposit the check; or 3) that my partner has enough funds in her checking account to cover the amount of the check we were attempting to deposit. I left the location and immediately went to Chase bank to attempt to get a cashier’s check. Unsuccessful. Was told that check amt exceeded cashing limit on for this type of account. Next tried Mr. Cook's third solution. My Partner & I transferred enough money into her BoA checking account to cover the size of the moving expenses check. After transfer cleared we returned a week later to the Oak Hill BoA to deposit the check. However, Mr. Cook now told us that we could not deposit check. THIS TIME... he cited it was a result of us being unsuccessful in getting a cashier’s check from Chase bank (very illogical on his part). I then asked why he originally told us we could deposit the check if there was enough money in the account to cover it (solution three above). He said it was not the policy of BoA and it would be an exception for him to accommodate our deposit request. I told him he is contradicting what he said a week ago when he told us we could deposit the check if there were enough funds in the account to cover the amount of the check. I further told him that he wasted our time by not being straightforward with us from the beginning and is now contradicting himself by lying to us about his own policy. Furthermore, since he was determined during our first meeting share his suspicions of fraud, I shared my suspicions of his unconscious racial bias. Asked him if he would have treated a white couple the same. Would he had lied to them? He proceeded to turn red and walk away from me without even addressing my concern. Didn’t even attempt to apologize for lying in my face. Okay for him to accuse me of fraud, but not okay for me to accuse him of being racists? #WhiteFragility I have a credit card with BoA and my partner has a checking/savings account. Why continue to do business with BoA if who offers poor treatment, lies, implements policy in a biased manner, and walks away when I raise a complaint????? Why do business with BoA over other institutions that offer treat us with respect and equality, such as One United Bank? So many failures on the part of Mr. Casey Cook! He is at best a LIAR and at worst a LIAR who has RACIST BIASES. If you care about Social Justice and equal treatment I strongly caution against using the Oak Hill Bank of America location for as long as Mr. Casey Cook is the manager.

Closed drive thru windows, ATM line 5 cars long. This place is a ghost town. I'd be surprised if BofA keeps this branch open. What a sad place BofA has become.
