I went in to ask about my finances and was told by the only cashier someone would help me in a couple minutes. Not a problem until all the advisors started packing their things up. notably seeing me waiting and started talking about going to Wendy’s for lunch. Blatantly ignoring the fact that I was the only ONE waiting. Anyway, they all left together for lunch and when I asked the cashier when they’d be back he said “I don’t know, in an hour?”. I left and went to another BOA and received great service.

I made an appointment online to talk to a loan rep at 5800 Slaughter Ln branch. My appointment was confirmed & when I got to the bank, I find a sign that says temporarily closed! I never received a notification that the bank was closed or that my appointment was canceled! Very disappointing & unproffesional!

I went to the ATM to withdraw some cash but it only have $20 dollars bills so I went inside. The teller was chatting with a friend for a long time. Her friend turned around, looked at me and saw a line waiting but turned back and keep talking. They were chatting. They were not doing banking transaction. I was running late to meet someone at home so I left. This is not professional. No more driving through window and only 2 tellers available and she was busy chatting while 2 persons were waiting in line. I went to my car and drove off then now her friend just left.

Once I wanted to open a business account here. (In hindsight it is good what happened). The rep argued with me about my physical address being real or not. Yes, it’s a real address. I opened it and came back and told them that I wanted it cancelled rt away. They asked why :)

Removal of drive through is not Convenient. Lines are long for inside tellers. Normally one teller with second teller focused on another job. I’ve yet to leave without witnessing someone angry. Hours are limited.

ATM ate a very large deposit after hours. Was on hold for literally hours to address the issue. Edit *added in response the owner* : I was on the phone for hours before my call was disconnected. Then, my husband drove back to the bank the following morning. Your in-store associates literally told him there was absolutely nothing they could do about it. They suggested he would have to call the main hotline. At which point, it took another hour of waiting.

This location is a sad excuse for a bank and gives Bank of America a bad rep. I’ve had few customer experiences worse than the once I experienced at this branch with their “relationship banker” Kim. She was absolutely no help what so ever. I had 2 people ask why I was there, and when she came to get me she had the wrong reason. She never said my name, she never introduced herself, she never smiled, she was absolutely zero help with my problem, and wasn’t able to answer any of my questions. I was going to close my account because of a fee I was suddenly being charged, and she didn’t seem to have a care whatsoever that I was unhappy despite that my account has been open for 14 years. I filled out an online survey that night, and the branch manager did actually call me the next morning. When I returned the call, it rang and rang and went back to the main menu because no one answered the phone. I see another person had a similar comment about Kim a few years ago. Sad that she’s still there. I’ve never met a banker or one on one customer service rep who was as unfriendly and unwelcoming as she was. She was condescending and gave one word or one sentence answers and pursed lips. Never ever going back to this branch and am closing my account. PS I called the 1-800 number a week or two earlier and they were way more help, and friendlier, than she was. Don’t waste your time going in.

I have done all of my banking, with boa for over 5 years..... Any other branch treats me like gold....any ways I went to cash my paycheck, that I deposit every two weeks. I was denied at this branch and given every excuse in the book not to cash my check. So I was told to deposit and they would be a hold on my check. The next day I got another check from my company, I deposited in the ATM. I got my money right away. I would stay away from this branch and go to any other.... Not only the bank manager but the tellers, prove that a computer can do their job.... sad.... So sad.

Pretty subpar customer service maybe because I dont fit the circle c mold but really poor communication. First time home buyer I went in with wire instructions the banker laughed because I wasn't informed correctly. And the only foriegn exchange teller neglected to tell me she was leaving in 5 minutes after I spoke to her so missed out on my chance to change my forex.

Each time I come here I wait 15 minutes for service. Bankers usually forget my requested service. Computers have been down twice and the whole bank was closed on a banking day, I was advised to go to next nearest bank. Sucks. This bank is blocks from my house. Today I've waited 5 songs in drive thru. Amazingly slow.
