The worst customer service! I would never recommend using this location if you bank with chase And if you need any help with your accounts don’t expect to be seen here! Nope you best have an appt even though there is no on in the branch and the banker is sitting there to lazy to help you. This is the second time I have experienced this and now contemplating changing banks.

The worst experience I have ever had banking. Rude requiring steps to deposit a check that are not needed. If you write for deposit only on the back they made me also sign it that is not required at any other bank I have ever done business with. And then when I confronted him on it he thought it was funny. When I had to notarize three legal documents he made me sign four lines in his book. Why? What did he need the extra signature in his book for? When I called them they had no answer for me! I have closed all my accounts do they think it is funny now! just wondering.

Always friendly and accommodating... management and staff are helpful and bank is kept clean and pleasant. Its a small branch with personal attention. We are very pleased with the service and hours! Thanks Chase!!

We ent a check to close out our check as chase has no presence in virginia. We send a check to chase on october 10th and it has seemed to vanish although our BBAnd T states its been checked. So whete pray tell is my hundred dollars so that i can finally close this stressfulpart of my life.

Great bank, great location with plenty of room fro parking. Always have had awesome customer service with them and love banking here.

I went to this bank yesterday to talk to a banker about an equity loan on my house. I am a regular customer at this bank. There were about 5 employees in the bank when I arrived - four in offices and one teller at the drive up. I walked back to the teller and told her I wanted to talk to a banker about a loan. She said she would find one for me, but told me to be seated for the time being. I waited for about 40 minutes while some employees walked about, but nobody bothered to ask me what I wanted. Only about three customers entered the bank during that time. I finally just walked out. I tried to call the bank this morning to make an appointment, but nobody answers the phone. I'm very disappointed in this service and I think I'll have to find a new bank. Please read my review of Chase bank, Apache Junction.

The manager & 2 other people are competent & efficient at this Gold Canyon, AZ branch. THE REST OF THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, does NOT meet business service minimal norms....not even polite. Example: I called the listed Chase Bank business telephone number & was told, "I can't help you." I asked why not? His reply was, "because I'm in the vault." He did not offer to transfer, to do anything. When I said ok, you're in the vault....I had to ASK if he would get someone else. NO SERVICE, IT DID NOT EVEN ENTER HIS MIND. Same attitude experienced with the rest of the people working at THAT Chase Bank.

Hello. While I realize it is Friday. I had quick check deposit I preferred to complete in person. I walked in at 5:57 and was told you were closed. Not even a cash transaction.

No notery???? What services do you provide that I can't get online then? Front cashiers are closed and you have to go to the back windows for service. Took 5minutes to find outyou don't do the simplest of banking services.

Great bank the staff is very friendly and make us feel like family since we moved here
