Chase Bank E Lincoln Hwy, New Lenox

Great team, great service. I haven’t been inside since before Covid. The branch manager remembered my daughters name and said hello to her. The teller I had was courteous and friendly. I cannot recall her name, but she’s been there for a few years. Love this branch!

I had a really hard time dealing with any other location when my account was frozen by chase for " unemployment fraud" which was later to be found out not true at all. Sarah the branch manager helped me as much as she could and eventually got it fixed. She stayed past closing time with me waiting for answers. This is an employee chase can't afford to lose.

The bankers here are so friendly. Jeff, Lauren, the manager, the tellers, everyone is so nice and helpful with your transactions. I definitely love Chase and this branch

I am closing my business, checking, and savings accounts with Chase as soon as they are open tomorrow. Chase put a 10 day hold on checks deposited two days ago for why I do not know due to it being after hours. I have a company truck in the shop and tomorrow, being saturday, I am supposed to pay and pick up the truck. How am I supposed to keep my business in operation? Not to mention I tried to pull $7k out about two months ago and they literally told me that they do not have the paper currency at the time to give me the money. After causing a scene in the lobby, they gave me 7 thousand dollars in $20 dollar bills. How embarrassing for this branch. These are problems that, as a professional with bills and obligations in order to keep a business running, I don’t have the time, or patience to deal with. Incompetence is not something that I am willing to deal with regarding my money. If I am not able to withdraw and close all of my accounts all at one time, I will report this branch to the better business bureaus, and call the local paper and have them look into why a bank of this size has no issue taking your hard earned money, yet give such a hard time trying to get it. This is why people do not trust banks. Go to Old Plank Trail bank, to hell with these corporate establishments.

This location is the worse ever. My husband and I came in with a Disputed a charge from a merchant that has been going on for over a month. We was told to have a seat and someone will be with us shortly. Well it turns out we wasn't the right color. As we was waiting four more Customer came through the door and immediately got service. Then when I got up and ask for a manager we was giving a form and told to go home and fill it out. This is the worse brunch ever.

Just set up a checking acount earlier today and it was ridiculously pain free. Lara set me up and she did a real bang up job. Cept for the atm thing.... But i didnt sweat when that happened. I usually only sweat when im bustin out 50 pull ups. When i called them 15 mins later with a question regarding their phone app Her "supervisor" (idk his name) answered and was super helpful. Answered my question quickly and accurately and then i bid him a fond farewell. Got my debit card right then and there too... In like 2 mins. Super stoked

Waited 45 minutes now, and still not one person available or qualified to print me a page of checks. Update: Just went to another chase they told me the bankers can print the checks so I sat for 45 minutes for nothing.
