Chase Bank E 233rd St, Bronx

This bank allowed someone to hack into my account without verifying properly if it was me. The scammer acted like me and rush delivered a debit card. Tried to call the bank to tell them of their major mistake after talking Chase Customer Service, but this branch doesn’t pick their phone . Employees should be better trained.

Great place even better if it had money you can withdraw out of it. No cash available 😥😆😆😅😥 A lady outside said, "it's downfall happens in stages" God speed everyone!!😅☺️😍🌼😀

The service is ALWAYS slow... I live on 715 E. 233 St. Trust me, if you have any business that requires a teller or personal banker.. don't come here.. this is an in/out ATM location. They have 4 in the lobby and 5 inside with only 2 windows open, 1 for businesses only, not personal checking/savings. I have lived at my address for 6 years and this bank has ALWAYS been slow. BUT the staff is professional/nice. Understaffed, humans replaced by ATM machines. There is ALWAYS a long wait to see a Personal banker about personal issues with your account ( overdraft fee, negative balance, etc. ) That's the truth, pure and simple.

Nice service. Crowded location at times. They are trying to make everyone use automated tellers for banking. It is good when lines are long.

The new ATM machines are located in side the branch so you cannot use it after hours which is so stupid. They have no notary publics in this location.

This branch is a waste of time . Do not waste your time going in there thinking you’re going to get help with anything because the people working in there have no idea what they’re doing . They don’t know anything and they only choose who they want to help . They gave us the wrong information and made us come back just for them to tell us the person gave us the wrong information. We made an appointment to see someone to take care of some important stuff before leaving the country but unfortunately we was given the wrong information by the teller so we couldn’t get anything done at all. They always have a long line and associates who work there don’t even care to help . They just come and ask just to say you have to wait or come back because the banker is on lunch . So what exactly is your position ? Why are you there if you can’t assist customers ? They only have one banker I’m assuming that works there and the other guy is just pointless. I can see why they have a 3.0 rating . Save yourself time and go to another branch . I only gave a 1 star rating because I couldn’t give a zero .

This chase branch is completely unorganized and extremely unprofessional. No one here seems to know how to properly do there job and is always clueless to everything. I’m currently waiting on something from this branch and was told to call back and they are not answering there phone I called 40 plus times worst bank ever

Despite what the other reviews may say, I always get treated with excellent customer service. I always come here to make deposit for work, but today I came in with my mother to open up an account & Melinda treated us with the upmost respect & was very professional. The tellers here always are polite. I always walk into this location and the staff here is always very helpful.

Not so Good, went there to open and account, the teller told me that I need and appointment, and took my information and 2 week later nothing yet.

Very slow service, no attention, waited over an hour to open an account “ the lady that opens the accounts isn’t here yet” ok, I waited, the lady shows up , goes on her computer on tmz and eats her breakfast, very poor service
