Bank of America Financial Center Mclean Ave, Yonkers

This branch sucks. Between the parking lot being full and no one being in the bank to the ATM’s always behaving faulty or not working. You could go inside other times and the line is wrapped around the lobby with only one teller offering services. Since the other location closed on Katonah it’s been terrible. Change the manager and the ATM’s or close the branch.

Well it is true the line there is slow when i go there and the line is long and frustrating. and only 1 teller.. BUT MR. SCOTT POLLACK IS AMAZING. The concern and information that he provides is STELLAR i wouldn't go anywhere else, because hes worth waiting for. Thank yo for your outstanding performance and care. ♡

*AVOIDE AT ALL COSTS* I'd give a zero if possible. On a Saturday: 2 tellers with 8 customers on line. 6 people waiting inside. 2 employees at desks with customers. 5 customers in ATM lobby with BOTH MACHINES OUT OF SERVICE! Notifying employees responded with "thank you". No action...

Poor service. BoA closed Katonah Ave branch and this one only ever has two tellers with lines of 12 people waiting. Where is the staff from the closed down branch? Consider switching banks. This is customer service at it's poorest...

Don't come here, 9 in the morning on a Thursday and there's only 1 teller smh. This place is really slow and the parking lot is tiny and hard to get in and out. To make it worse they had a better one a couple blocks away and closed it for this trash one. This one will make you reconsider having Bank of America

Very friendly Tanya and the manager was nice to everyone

Defected ATM ate my card after business hours (screen got frozen), had to call customer service and wait 40 minutes to cancel it and was told I have to wait 7-10 days for a replacement Next morning I went back to the location, where I was told these machines don't lock the cards and I probably forgot it inside the machine (basically called me a liar) but anyway they didn't find any card. Later the manager corrected the employee about how these ATM operate, (they do lock the cards) but my card is gone anyway. They offered me a temporary replacement but had no time to wait its proceeder they system was very slow in the morning. No apologies from anyone of the three people I had to deal with.

I believe they have the wrong manager at tha bank Areta she can’t help customers. Sorry that’s t not the way to work with customers. Mr Curtis should be the manager he is such a gentleman, please take a look at who making you lose your clients. If it wasn’t because of him I would close my account today. She makes 3 people upset 😡 just by the time Iwas waiting. Kind and manner opens doors Miss areta you are at the wrong job. Become a correctional officer. Dress like a manager too!!

Poorly designed gate on the parking lot. Slowly backed out of the handicap space and ruined my tail light. The bolts on the hinge are exposed when it’s open. Was distracted by a pedestrian and the poll is in the blind spot. Hooray. Expensive stop for an atm visit.

1 teller is not enough to have. Bring back the BoA on Katonah and close this one down. Every time I go in, it is the same story.
