    Girls were very nice but not the general manager in charge. She was not helpful and kept citing rules and regulation instead of explaining how to wire a fund smoothly. Private client? I would try to avoid a service from this branch in particular in the future. She treated a senior client like a high schooler ?

    I opened a business account here about a year ago and have had nothing but problems. The lady who helped me mistakenly took the information from my personal account and applied it to my business account, including the address and email. I tried to tell her that the information was completely different and I didn't want it to be associated in any way, shape, or form. As a result, my BUSINESS correspondence was sent to my parent's house and my mom's email. It took me this long to realize the extent to which they messed up my information and the damage it has done to my personal life. Even now, it is nearly impossible to fix because no one will answer the phone.

    Tried to open a business account and called to schedule an appointment. They refused to accept an appointment with me unless I filed my business with the state of California even though my business is not required to since I am not conducting business there. Felt like I had to fight them to give them my business. Found another chase 5 minutes away who were willing to help me, don’t go here Don’t have a drive thru atm either

    Chase's processes are horrible. Their system assigned my SSN to my mom "in error".. We have been at the branch at least 5 times to fix this and they can not remove my SSN from her profile unless she is been deleted from her account... Really!!!???? they blame the system, but how they can not fix something that they did? I have proved and they have contacted the SSN office to prove that Im the owner of that SSN and stil can not fix it???? On top of this, the manager from this account ended up telling me that if I wanted, I could close my account!!!

    The worst customer care ever! Called them regarding an Auto loan and I was promised that they would call me back, that didn't happen. Three days later my wife walked into the office, same story they promised to call, that didn't happen!

    If there’s 0 or no star at all, I will NOT rate at all. I spoke with a banker and SHE told me they cannot assist me to open an IRA if it’s not $50,000. If it’s only $5,000 I need to do it on my own via Online. SHE cannot help me if it’s only $5,000 - wow! Can you imagine how Unfriendly that sounds! She needs deeper training!

    My review is specific to Michael Wakes (Chase Private Client). Michael helped to close a merchant account after I had problems getting it closed properly. He worked with me all the way through the process and provided the highest level of customer service. Michael is very knowledgeable, articulate and professional. I could not have asked for better customer service.

    I’m on the fence writing this review. Rarely busy and staff and generally friendly. Occasionally I’ve had a long wait (hence 3 stars) and business bankers aren’t that helpful except one of them. Parking can sometimes be a pain. Also one time the ATM outside didn’t work correctly and made an error depositing a check. Chase later corrected the error, so no loss but it was a bit unnerving..

    We had an amazing experience! Our banker Rania was excellent, she helped is create the account flawlessly and answered any questions we had. We will definitely return to this location.

    They have a phone number listed which no one picks up and they insist to make an appointment. No idea how would someone make an appointment if they refuse to pick up the phone ever.
