I just had like $3,000 maybe 4? Im not even sure the exact amount get stuck in the machine. I contacted BOA and they are working it out but I no longer trust the drive through atm to make deposits. I'll stick with dealing with humans when making large deposits for now on. UPDATE, been a hot minute and no update from this branch or BOA. I need my money its not like Im out $20. update again Still waiting on this place to open because BOA claims did nothing to help me. Gave me the wrong amount I told them at 1st before I realized I lost much more. Someone emptied the machine and got the money out. This branch probably owes me 2400 boa gave me 1300 so I need another 1,100 maybe even more. I stuffed a stack of 100s in there. Im holding 2k in 100s and this stack is like half the size of what your drive through machine took. its coming up on 2months Im out thousands!!!! I dont care its covid times I need my money! After 3 attempts to get the video footage boa still ant figured it out. They keep giving me 1k to shut up but Im pretty sure they still owe me 1 k. Im amazed that after almost a full year they still havent managed their books with this issue. I shoulda lied and said 10k, these clowns probably woulda gave it to me. I want my money BOA, if I owed you thousands of dollars Id have all kinds of fee's, this is BS!!!!

Incredibly shameful behavior! Not only was the man who was opening late, but didn't notify me that they were only taking appointments. The blonde lady, who I can only imagine is a manager, had a terrible attitude and when I explained to her that I need her help, she walked away. Absolutely unacceptable. How can BofA allow such terrible treatment of customers? I've been with them for over 25 years and have multiple accounts. Ready to leave.

They don’t deserve 1 star - Unfortunately the service at this branch is terrible. The Vice President - sougol mortezavi is very unhelpful and unprofessional. You can see in her demeanor and work ethic that she doesn’t care about the customer at all. I would never let my staff act in the manner she acted towards me “the customer”. I was shocked to find out her position with the bank. I don’t think the corporate office knows how she really treats customers. Shame it’s really too bad!!

I cannot speak to major banking needs but the staff has always been very considerate when I come in to use this location. The thing I like best is that there is a drive through ATM on the backside of the bank. Makes getting money very convenient. In the front, they have 2 other ATMs.

Answering your phone would be a good business practice to try, I'm just saying. Also, if someone schedules an appointment with your bank wanting, let's say a notary, it would be great if you got a hold of said customer to let them know that the notary public is not in the office BEFORE said customer showed up to their "appointment".

Scary moment when you insert over $500 into the ATM and it says unable to process, and not return the $500. Waited there for about 10 to 15 minutes and finally got my money back. I wouldn't come to this ATM again.

I was greeted by the assistant manager Andrew Gelder right away. I only made a simple transaction but he was very nice and helpful. Didn't need to fill out a form but he snapped a picture of my check and printed a receipt for me. Amazing customer service. Shout out to Andrew the AM.

Situated in a terrible location, the service here is lacking if you don't have a bank account with them. Fee's to cash one of their checks are high and the teller helped someone else while they were in the middle of helping me. I felt like they could care less since I didn't have an account with them getting substandard assistance while paying high fee's for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Security officer very nice but the teller is very lazy Kevin pick up a phone to call to verify check so I can cash my check just go oh we can cash it
