Few days ago, I went to open a new account at this branch. There was no customers at all but there was a lot of staff members. There was two specialist talking. I approached them and the lady said that no one could attend me since I didn’t have a appointment. But that I could do it myself online or go to another branch. She wasn’t friendly nor understanding. I called today a few times to make a appointment and no one answered. It terrified me to open a account with Chase after this experience.

Both business bankers were available and I waited for 15 minutes before someone asked what I needed help with. Opening a business account requires an appointment……. Since when? My business already banks with you, NOT FOR LONG.

I've been a Chase customer with many accounts for over 15 years. I've had nothing but great things to say about this company until today. This branch needs a good manager and either more employees or better trained employees. I stood up in line for over 15 minutes watching the lady who seemed to be a manager telling great stories about her childhood to another employee while there's a line of 10 people and only one teller. They just looked at me and laughed. people started to get impatient. So did I, but took the time to capture a couple picture that tells the story. When I started writing the review, I realized I wasn't the only person with this issue. I have been a manager before and this isn't how you manage a company of this caliber.

This branch has always given me problems every single time I go in. This time I tried to cash a check, and they told me it would be available immediately for withdraw, then after they told me it would be 3 business days. I could have gone to any other location and not had a problem. No wonder they only have 2 stars at this branch!!! Just close it down at this point.

There isn't a Teller at this location, so be prepared for a wait and limited services. At least I was able to get a cashier's check and the staff was cordial.

Don't you accept cash? It's a bad that chase doesn't want to work well as a bank of America or others

No respect for customers time, bank is completely empty no customers at all. 1 managers, 2 banks specialist and 1 receptionist. They told me to sit and wait for 20 minutes While Managers and Specialist talk about they personal life. Here to open a new account and deposit $29,000.

Bank is always closed with one ATM operating. Do yourself a favor and never come to this location. They're obviously just trying to shut it down.

This place is the worst, I need to do a transaction and they have only 1 person there so I have to wait all morning to do a transaction with my money ok I’m getting another bank, Chase don’t have money to hire more personal ok

I don't believe I've ever posted a review but the service was awful enough for me to do so. I entered the branch to open a new checking account and was advised to make an appointment as I looked at three employees twiddling their thumbs. I spoke to two of the employees and explained I was looking to open an account with a fifty thousand dollar deposit, response you need to book an appointment. Should have looked up the 2.1 star reviews before entering this Branch!!!!!!

Would give this particular branch a zero if I could. Mayira Ortuno in particular was unfriendly, uncaring, not concerned, not helpful. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life with her. I had a nightmare situation occur when I was depositing a large amount of money through the ATM because they do not have bank tellers. I had just came from my previous bank Fairwinds with 3000 dollars in cash to deposit into my account here at Chase. My ID, which was in the envelope from fairwinds got stuck in the middle of all the cash and when I made the deposit, I accidentally put my drivers license in the ATM amongst all the cash. Obviously this was no ones fault but my own. However, the ATM froze and spit out a ticket that there was an error. I was obviously freaking out because I just deposited a large portion of the cash and checked my account to see that it was not deposited. When I walked in I was not greeted I walked up to her, explained the situation. She asked for my ID at that point I realized I must had put the ID in the ATM by accident with all the cash. I understand this is a bank and there are procedures that they aren't able to just open an ATM and give me cash. Mayira did not care at all about the situation, I asked when the ATM would be opened she didn't provide me with a time frame of days absolutely nothing. No reassurance that the situation would be handled, nothing. I told her I understood it was my accident, but that her attitude of absolutely no empathy no sense of understanding that this was a frustrating thing, being it was a lot of money NOTHING from her was really shocking. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. She then said "You will get your money back" "File the claim" Told me there was nothing she could do, and provided me with the number to file a claim. I explained to her I would wait for the gentlemen to come open the ATM because my ID was in there and I would need that, she uncaringly just said I don't know when that's going to be I will call you when they come to open the ATM and if we find the ID. I called the number listed over 6 times, no answer. I walked in at 4:45 she was in the office of another employee, she saw me walk in didn't come up to me -nothing. I could see that the ATM was now working. The only employee there that provided customer service was Patty Rafagnin. She approached me retrieved the ID, and explained how sorry she was about the situation. I work in property management, and customer service is what most jobs are all about. Show some empathy or the slightest bit of concern for your clients. You do not brush them off with a rude uncaring behavior, especially at a BANK where you expect the most professional customer service, or someone who lost their ID and nearly $1500 in an ATM. Nothing about Mariya was professional, I didn't receive a phone call when the ID was retrieved out of the ATM I had to go in 15 minutes before they were closing. The first thing she should of done was give me a call or have SOMEONE call that they got the ID. I am boarding a flight on Sunday and would have had to cancel my flight. Once I receive my funds that were deposited and didn't reach the account I plan to cancel by account here. There might have been not much anyone could do, but you can always provide customer service. Get out of a business where you work with people if you are that unpleasant of a person.
