There are two gentleman that work here and they are amazing!!! The women There are so nasty and rude. I spoke to a Norma today and I was very polite and just calling in for change and she was so nasty. I simply asked her for time frame for my change seeing that it's never done on time for me even though I call hours in advance for it. If I don't call I get rudeness for not calling. If I do call, they tell me it's "not personal it's a business". How are you going to tell me what it's for?!! It's my business what I need my money for. This place is terrible with their female employees and as a female myself, it's a shame!!

I went to this Chase Bank this morning to close and reopen an account. I was greeted with a nasty attitude (with a look of what are you doing here and I don't want to help) and was told they can not help me. I never experienced this at any other chase banks in the area. Chase needs to fire these people and hire people with respect and wanting to help their customers.

Today 3/29/2021 I was going to fix my checking account this lady had the audacity to ask me and a family relative of mine if we are US citizens. Why does it matter if I'm a citizen. I am a customer at Chase who. I feel like its stereotypical just because I'm Latina. People like her should not be working there!

I agree with many of the other reviews. The rep I spoke to was rude, curt, totally unpleasant and unprofessional. I will go out of my way to use another branch or choose another bank.

I’m so appalled how Marie s Miller just treated me. And this isn’t about race but as I walked in mrs Miller was shoulder to shoulder with a elder white woman and this can be seen on camera between 12-12:40 eastern time at the white plains branch 409 Tarrytown road white plains, upon finishing she asked if I needed help I presented a insurance check which is pictured from a accident claim she took a look at me and took steps back and said social distancing yet she just was shoulder to shoulder with a elder lady. She also told me my check wasn’t issued by chase and I said check say JP Morgan chase on it. I was greatly embarrassed and turned away by this Mrs Miller in a crowded bank I can not believe the treatment from her and I’ll never go back in this bank as a minority cause it’s obvious she caters to people. I feel like I was discriminated against by this Mrs Miller and she is a minority herself, I was shamed walking out the bank as tellers and customers listened and watched me walk out.

Poor customer service. Tellers were smiling and welcoming. However, whenever I visit the bank for notary public or any medallion signature guarantee, either the person who does it isn’t there or they give a ridiculous reason and refuse to do it. All of them I was able to get done at the branch on North Broadway without any fuss. I will not return to this location unless I close down any of my chase accounts. But Would recommend north broadway branch for any financial services.

Clean bank and new looking with free coffee. However, poor customer service with the tellers. You can tell they don’t care about the customer. The way they talk to you feels like you are inconveniencing them. Negative vibes here. Seems like this chase branch has poor screening in their hiring process. Quite the contrary from other chase banks I’ve been to. Trust me I don’t want to be treated as some kind of god and worshiped; But basic customer service etiquette like “hello”, “how can I help you, thank you”, “okay your all set” is expected instead of “what”, “yea” , “etc”. Lol Anyways if you like good customer service head down to central ave chase down the road they’ll treat you right. Avoid this place.
