    Best car buying/leasing experience ever! I reached out to Lexus of white plains in the morning. I mentioned I could not talk on the phone at work. 99.999% of other car dealerships would call immediately anyway and not respect my time. The rep Silvia from ray catena Lexus in white plains did not bother me at all. She reached out via text as I wished. We went back and forth for a hour or so - no overselling or bait and switching. She simply provided me with details on the Lexus I was asking about. Later that afternoon I drove to the dealership to pick up my brand new Lexus. I have already referred this dealership and Silvia to many of my friends and family.

    Such an amazing experience here Shavaune is amazing! He was the best car salesman i have ever interacted with. He helped my sister trade in her old car and purchase a new one in under 2 hours. We had a TERRIBLE experience at a Toyota dealership in Yonkers near cross county and he made the whole experience smooth he was honest and actually cared about what WE wanted as opposed to trying to make a $$$. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. It was easy, he was honest, we left with a car. Don’t think twice the customer service here is impeccable and you will be upset if you go anywhere else.

    Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains, NY is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME 👍👍 2 thumbs up and ***** 5 STARS. I bought my used 2018 Lexus Certified 300h with only 700 Original miles in January 2021. I know, I know with only 700 Original miles? Yes, Unbelievable! This 2018 car was already 3 years old but you wouldn’t know it by just looking at it because it looked as New as every New car on the showroom floor. After owning it for 4 months and driving it only 1,200 miles, one afternoon it wouldn’t start. I called Lexus Roadside 24 Hr. Assistance and I got a jump and was told that my battery was weak and couldn’t hold a charge and I should get a new battery. I called Ray Catena and spoke to John in Service and he said no problem your car is L/Certified, just bring it in and we’ll replace it with a new battery No Charge. Very Cool 😎! January 2022, I brought it in for my 1 year Scheduled Maintenance (also spoke John) and got: oil change, tires rotation, check fluids & brakes and replaced batteries in both my key fobs, all No Charge. Oh and I also got a NYS Inspection done for $30.00. Very Cool 😎! *Extra = while waiting for your car you can have free coffee or bottled water and use of a desktop computer, No Charge. Very Cool 😎!

    Worst service I have received in my life. Alan Honig in service is unprofessional, and uncouth. Their is a level of professionalism that is truly lacking and it’s sad that people like this work with the public. I will never go to this dealership to purchase a car or for service. He was unhelpful and dismissive. Someone needs to tell him he wouldn’t have a job without customers purchasing Lexus vehicles. I have never had this type of lack of professionalism in any of the luxury dealerships I have dealt with. It’s terrible that Lexus tolerates this behavior to care for their customers.

    I wish I could give zero stars. In addition to the negative experience when I bought the car, something just came to light. In reviewing my paper work on the day I purchased my vehicle, I noticed a typo in my name, which I immediately called out. Jason Sipes assured me that it would be corrected. "Oh this is just for us here, but it will be corrected". Mind you, they had my Drivers License so this was an easy fix. It's been 7 months and all my paper work still has the incorrect name. And I've just learned that my car title will have the same typo. The absolute worst car dealership I've had to deal with. How they have so many positive reviews is beyond me. Do not buy a car here. P.S., The sales men here embody all the bad qualities of car salesmen.

    Had a great experience there. Alton Howell was amazing. Very attentive, amicable, great sense of humour, and definitely was honest, straightforward and also worked with me on what I wanted, the price range I was looking for. He didn't try no funny stuff or anything to pull one over my head and kept it real with me. I was able to go home with the car I wanted and test drove also the RC coupe which was 🔥🔥🔥🔥.     BEWARE OF THE GIMMICKS! Went in to look at a specific certified pre-owned, looking to trade in my vehicle. After making an appointment earlier that day, I arrived and was told that the salesman who made the appointment with me had forgotten about the appointment and I waited to finally speak to another salesperson James S. What should have been a simple trade-in turned into a back and forth game. I knew well that my Honda was worth $18,000 on the market, an offer which I had received by several buyers including Carmax etc. Well, I was offered an insulting $14K for my trade and told that this is the Lexus policy because they "don't sell off-brands on their lot". I left the dealership with them going up to $15K last offer. No rationale on the lowball offer and they even tell me I should be happy that they don't charge a dealer processing fee which is normally $2500. Well duh, you just charged me the processing fee by low-balling my trade! The salesman even told me he agrees with me but his manager was stubborn on it. You would hope in this day and age of transparency on the internet, these dealers would stop with the gimmicks and not take advantage of the unsuspecting folks! Shame on you Lexus White Plains!

    At first I was looking to purchase a Mercedes and was very dissatisfied with the customer service when I walked into those dealerships. I started researching purchasing a Lexus instead. My research lead me to pursue the 2022 Lexus ES. Upon my first contact with Shavaune Shackleford, Master Certified Sales & Leasing Consultant back in June of 2021 I was so impressed with his knowledge of the product and with his optimism in my ability with being able to get the exact car that I wanted. This process took 6 months due to all of the delay issues. However, Shavaune continued communication with me and never tried to convince me to settle for something else. I was happy to begin the year with my custom order. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and if you are looking to order your own custom order I recommend Shavaune to walk you through this process. He made picking up the car such a special event. He even provided me with a gift.

    Everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains was exceptionally professional and trustworthy. Dan Zaccagnino and Nick Manzi proved why this dealership is so highly rated with their clients. I was interested in an RC350 that I had seen while browsing their inventory. Prior to visiting, I got in contact with Dan and set up a test drive that same day. I live about an hour and thirty minutes away. Unfortunately, the car was less than ideal in terms of physical appearance, and Dan could tell that I was uncomfortable purchasing a vehicle with a significant scratch on the back bumper. He then got Nick involved. When I met Nick Manzi, their sales manager, he immediately made me feel that purchasing a car from this dealership was the correct move. He went above and beyond. He offered to repair the rear bumper because it was so badly scratched, and apologized for not being able to take the car that same day. Even though I had to wait a little, I couldn't be happier and more confident in knowing that this team knew exactly how to deal with their clients and their satisfaction. Three short days later, the car was good as new. They called me back in, and the car was absolutely pristine. Paperwork was a breeze, and everything that was promised was reflected on the documents. I honestly can't thank these guys enough for the lengths they went through. I can honestly say that I will be a lifelong client, and will happily refer anyone to this dealership.     I wasn’t really sure that I wanted Alexis as my next car until I went into the show room in White Plains New York. I was greeted by a wonderful salesman named Rocco Chiusano. He was an absolute gem. As a woman coming into an auto dealership alone, there’s always the fear in the back of my mind that I’m going to be taken advantage of. Rocco put me at ease immediately, answered all of my questions, let me drive as many cars as I wanted, and didn’t one time ever treat me as someone who was less-than. He worked hard to get my car into the price range I wanted and was successful. I have been driving for a very long time and I have never felt this comfortable in a car dealership in prior years. I think that, thanks to Rocco, I just may be a Lexus customer for life. By the way, I am now driving a Lexus NX300 and LOVING IT! It’s an intuitive, comfortable beautiful car!     In addition to the high quality vehicles, Lexus has the most efficient service I have experienced in the many years I have been leasing a vehicle. Three years ago one person alone provided all I needed for my Lexus GX460 lease. The lease return was amazingly excellent as well! Michael Barone was friendly and fast. If I decide to go with Lexus again I would undoubtedly choose Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains again.

    My husband and I had a terrible experience with the dealership that we had leased our previous car from, but from the moment we walked in the door at Ray Catena, we were so pleasantly surprised! Everyone was courteous and helpful! The dealership is gorgeous and sparkling clean! We were offered refreshments and greeted with a smile by everyone we encountered! Silvia Daniels was terrific! She was patient and helped us get a great deal on a great car. She had everything done for us in under 24 hours!     The service department has the best prices among the Lexus dealers in the area. They are very friendly and helpful. They gave me an appointment on short notice a couple of times. Update April-2021: I needed another vehicle and since I have enjoyed Lexus for many years, I decided to get another one. I go to Ray Catena for my services and I decided to check their inventory to see if they have my desired car. I found a car that was on special sales. I called and got connected with Rick. Rick greeted me on short notice, although he was helping another customer. He got the car out of the showroom after moving three vehicles and gave me the key, and said, take it for a ride and come back whenever you want. So, I took the car, test drove it, and brought it back after 20 minutes. I said I think about it and let you know. I asked a couple of questions that he did not know at the time. He called me the next morning with the answers. I called him in the afternoon and told him I think I will purchase the car. I met him around 5 pm, and I was done in an hour. The whole process was straightforward and there was no hidden fees or anything. One of the best experiences I have ever had. Very professional. While I was in the dealership waiting for my car to be ready, I realized that I do not have any cash for the tip; I asked Rick if I can use their card reader and get some cash using my debit card. He said why. I said I want to tip the person who brings the car. He emptied his pocket and gave me what he had. I mean, this guy is a GOAT. What a gesture. I made a mental note to pay him back, but this is one of those experiences that is almost unreal. He told me that he was the head of Lexus sales in North America for 13 years, and he has been with Lexus since 1989 when they basically started. We need more people like Rick Brogan in this business. He made my car buying experience unforgettable. If you go there, ask for Rick.

    I got my car here a week ago ! And this was absolutely most amazing experience! From start to finish , super professional staff, great used car inventory , and a lot (A LOT) of attention to detail Fabio was helping me out !     I went to look at a BMW SUV and wasted 2 hours going back and forth with the number only to find out at the last second, that a SUV with 300 miles (used) was calculated at $5,000 over MSRP. 300 miles is the equivalent to driving to Atlantic City for a joy ride and back. The FIRST thing you need to tell people is "we tack on an extra $5000 so if your car gets mangled the insurance won't even reimburse you". The "one star" is for the salesman (name redacted) because he was super cool. The ZERO STARS goes to the dealership for its ethics. Ray Catena is "bottom of the barrel". Can you imagine your insurance guy telling you "sorry you got scammed"? Don't shop here - go somewhere else and these scammers will still service your vehicle under the warranty.

    This is my 3 year-delayed review for Lexus & Shavaune, our car salesman from Ray Catena of White Plains. First off, Lexus is of excellent quality no doubt, the Lexus NX 300 i first got was amazing! I feel safe driving it. Always. Most fuel efficient suv there is. Whenever you’re planning to go to Ray Catena to get a Lexus, look for Shavaune, nicest guy, very accommodating, honest and very dedicated to what he’s doing. We just felt instantly comfortable with him and it’s just like talking to a friend about which car to get and how. He will work with you and will really help you out the best he can. He just got us my NX 450h yesterday and couldn’t be any happier.

    Have you ever wondered why car dealerships have such a bad reputation? Look no further than Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains. Service advisor Benito Martinez is the prime example of someone who should not be in communication with customers. On this beautiful Friday morning I took my girlfriend’s 2017 RX350 for maintenance, and to have them check the transmission since it seems to hesitate and hunt for gears at low speeds. To start, Mr. Martínez did not even greet me. Actually, he ignored me when I said good morning. In fact, all the employees looked like they just did not want to be there! My girlfriend and I purchased this vehicle as a Certified Pre-Owned, which meant we would get two years or 20,000 miles of free maintenance. It has not been two years since we got the vehicle, we have driven it for about 13,000 miles, it was serviced twice at another dealership at no cost. So how is it, Mr. Martínez or Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains, that this vehicle is not covered under the Lexus CPO program? I said I would contact my selling dealer regarding this. Then I asked him to have the transmission issue checked and, gosh, he said this was not covered under warranty either! However, according to the Lexus website: The Powertrain Warranty is for 72 months or 70,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Except for the situations listed on the Basic Warranty page, this warranty covers repairs needed to fix defects in materials or workmanship of any component listed below: * Engine: Cylinder block and head and all internal parts, timing belt and cover, flywheel, oil pan, water pump, fuel pump, engine mounts, engine control computer, seals and gaskets. I showed Mr. Martínez this and he went ballistic: “Let me say it to you in Spanish: the car has no warranty. It will be $173.00 for the diagnostic.” Again, how does this man have a job dealing with customers? Why would he speak to me in another language when we were clearly communicating in English? What made him think I understood or spoke Spanish? I was appalled by this man’s behavior. After my visit to this establishment I am now beginning to understand why online car dealer services are doing so well.

    The absolute worst experience. All these positive reviews? I was offered a payment in exchange for a better review so read the positive reviews with a grain of salt. I started working with Brian Rattner on getting a certified preowned vehicle. I put down a deposit as I waited for the dealership to get the title. Things went downhill from here. I had to constantly reach out to him to get updates on the title, to get the total I owed (because the price of the car had increased since my deposit), to get info about finance specials he had mentioned previously, etc. All this went on for about a week of me reaching out and him sending incomplete information. The dealership also run a hard inquiry of my credit twice; the info I gave Brian regarding the down payment and the loan amount is not what they used to approve me for a loan. Also, Brian had mentioned that he could drop off the car since we lived 2.5 hrs away from the dealership. All of a sudden, the price of the car I'd deposited money on went up, and if the dealership was to finance my loan, the APR was 5.99% (regardless of my credit score). For reference, BOA had pre-approved my loan for an APR of about 2.5% (a significant difference from 5.99%). Brian reneged on delivering the car so we decided to pick it up. On arrival, we learned that the financial info I'd given to Brian was not relayed accurately. So we had to start over from scratch. We had to drive back to the dealership another day to finalize the details. This cost us more time and money driving back and forth (2.5 hrs each way). Jason Sipes worked with us when we picked up the car. When I asked him if I could see the technology features of the car on Saturday, he said no. I had to pay for the car first. How else I'm I supposed to know if the car is right for me? I pointed out a couple of cosmetic issues, and some areas inside the car that needed to be cleaned. Overall, my experience at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains wasn't pleasant. Do not buy your car here.

    All I can say is that we had a great experience from the moment we walked in the door and were greeting by the team at the welcome desk up until we drove away in our new Lexus! They even managed to accommodate us by squeezing us in on a busy Saturday for pickup! Our salesman was Brian Rattner. Brian and the rest of his team really worked hard and went above and beyond to make the deal we were looking for. I would highly recommend Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

    Amazing experience! Today I got the third car from them. Always perfect service . Michael Baron helped me already 3 times. I came very late, they were desperately trying to give me the car as fast as possible.They had to stay until 9pm preparing all the documents. I highly recommend this dealership and Michael Barone. He is a real professional , knowledgeable, easy going, positive and understanding.

    We worked with Rocco for our cpo 2017 Lexus RX purchase. He was very communicative during the whole process and his after purchase follow up was exceptional.     4/10/2019 Update: This was my second car buying experience with Michael and this dealership. Exceptional service yet again. Michael isn’t just trying to sell you any Lexus, he truly wants to find you the perfect fit and then help you buy that car. I love that during my test drive, he shared in my excitement over the car and that means a lot to me. I’m 23 now and feel that I’m taken seriously whereas other dealerships didn’t. And when shopping around in the pre-owned inventory, Ray Catena White Plains has the best deals the tri-state area. The service center is superb as well. Comfy waiting area, complimentary coffee and food, and the strip mall is walking distance. I recommend Alan Honig for service. I can’t express enough how great my car buying experiences are with Ray Catena White Plains. I highly recommend this dealership and salesperson! 12/2018: Although this was my first car-buying experience, I can say that Michael Barone exceeded all my expectations. He listened to all of my wants and needs and really got to know me. I felt very relaxed throughout the meetings and he made me feel welcome and cared for. I went to Pepe Inifiniti around the same time and my experience was subpar. I felt like the Inifiniti consultant wasn't even trying to sell me a car and I was just turned off by the overall vibe. I know that getting a commission is important but I felt that Michael truly cared about me as a customer and not just my money. Even the Sales Manager Nick Manzi made it a point to stop by and show genuine interest in my car-buying experience. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family!

    Eric Rocco chiusano Is a true professional. Usually the process of purchasing a car is tedious and mind numbing. This was not the case this time thankfully.. Eric made the whole process streamline fast connect yeah I'm fast conscious and with no hitches. I received my car with no problems ahead of schedule.     The entire establishment at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains deserves 5 stars across the board! The staff were all very nice, attentive, professional, and the location looked amazing! More specifically, I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Shavaune Shackleford! I leased a Lexus 2021 NX 300 and not only was this a smooth process from start to finish, Shavaune was extremely genuine and professional as well. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all, which I appreciated very much. Shavaune listened to what I was looking for, was clear and communicated with me all the details. The experience was quick and painless and the next day I picked up my car. Overall I had a great experience!

    The 2 hour and 20 minute drive to Ray Catena Lexus was well worth the drive. The whole experience was nothing but professional. I got the car of dreams with a great price attached to it all thanks to Rocco, whom was the cherry on top of this whole experience.     Purchased a 2016 Certified IS 300 from Silvia Daniels. She was a pleasure to work with from the initial phone call to the picking up my car this week. Can't say enough good things about how I was treated and the entire experience. A+ I live 2 hours north of the dealership and inquired online late one evening about a 2016 certified IS 300. The next morning at 8:30 I received a call from Silvia. This prompt call wasn't expected and told me she took my inquiry serious. She answered all my questions regarding the car and appreciated the fact that I lived so far away from her dealership. After multiple follow-up calls over the next two days, including her day off, Silvia worked to get me a price good enough to make the trip down to look at the car. I put a small refundable deposit down on the car and Ray Catena held it for me for 3 days with no commitment to purchase. My wife and I took the drive down and loved the car. Silvia and Fabio Villa were very responsive to our needs and worked with me to get me a great deal. Signing the papers and picking up the car were super easy and efficient. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

    I just purchased my 2017 RX350 after my lease ended. I had an amazing experience with Shavaune Shackleford! He made the process go smooth and as as easy as possible.     We have owned a Lexus vehicle for over 20 years, either a lease or to own. This was our first time leasing a 2019 ES350 from Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains. I first went to two other Lexus dealers, one of which the previous lease was from. I was not impressed by the lease cost I was presented with. Accordingly I decided to visit Ray Catena and was introduced to Mr. Michael Bergman one of the sales people at the dealership. He first showed me the new ES350 and explained the difference between my 2016 versus the 2019. A couple of days later I returned with my wife to take a test drive, we were both impressed with the new ES350. I negotiated a fair price with Mr. Bergman. On the day we picked up the new car he took us around and introduced us to the service department and others. All-in-all it was a great experience working with Mr. Bergman, we are very happy with the 2019 ES350.
