I don’t know where to even start! I had been in the process of purchasing my now home since June 2021, it’s a new construction home. But the worst thing we never wanted to hear happened the day before Thanksgiving, our appraisal came in under the asking price, by 9K. We were extremely stressed, especially in this market! My realtor suggested changing lenders and speaking with Allie. We were sooo hesitant especially so late in the game, to change lenders. Allie was amazing he put all our fears to the side, explained everything in so much details, which my previous lender did not explain. He was working with us late the same night and even on Thanksgiving!! Every step of the way Allie was on it, quick rapid responses and was able to clear us to close with in 16 days!!!! Did I mention he blew the other lenders interest rate out of the water?! And had a back up in case his appraiser didn’t appraise my home for the asking price. But we didn’t even have to worry about that because it appraised!! I can’t stress what an amazing mortgage broker Allie is. I’m truly so thankful and appreciative of him. Albert Abbatiello was the broker I worked with in this company and he was efficient and amazing. I want to start with with thanking him and the staff there because I know it was not only him. Not only did he tell me all the information I needed to know Allie gave me what would be my interest rate at that moment if we lock in the rate if I was able to turn in all the paper work required that day which I did. Just want people to understand that interest rate changes everyday so they can only tell you for that day and it’s only good for a period of time that’s why you can only lock in a rate when you are closed to the date of closing a home. Anyway the process was efficient, questions and concerns was answer promptly. He was actually able to beat the interest rate from my other loan broker and not only that we was ready to close in 16 days but it could have been done faster if the seller side was not dragging there feet. I will keep this short and sweet just do your due diligence for sure I recommend Albert and if you want do multiple loans at the same time so you can see which is the best one for you. I HIGHLY recommend Quintessential Mortgage Group, Anthony, and his staff for your home lending needs, specifically if you are looking to apply for a VA home loan. He and his team are well versed in the VA home loan requirements and application process. They could clearly explain the lending process, address my concerns, and get the deal done quickly. In addition, Anthony was able to secure 30 year fixed rate (2.875%) with minimal costs in a rising interest rate environment. This rate is around 1% less than what other lenders could offer (rates are now in the high 3% to low 4%). No other bank or brokerage could come close to this rate without requiring us to pay for points or transfer a large sum of cash into a brokerage account. Even then, their rates could not match what QMG was able to offer.

After starting our homebuying process with another broker with whom we had a terrible experience with, we switched to Quintessential mortgage group and could not be happier.
