Chase Bank International Blvd, Oakland

This location always overcrowded and the employees are super slow, only good thing I can say about this location is security is posted up all the time inside sometimes outside too in the parking lot.

First experience on Dec 26 @5:30pm. I didn't appreciate the black security guard staring at my friend. And when caucasian person walked in...he just glanced and didn't even pay attention to them but why black person,?... they should not be judged coming inside the bank!

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience! Why didn't anyone inform me that this was the Washington Mutual (acquired and re-branded by Chase) that everyone spoke so badly about?!!! I set up a direct deposit and was given the wrong routing number by the banking officers and because it's a holiday weekend, I won't be getting my funds for another FIVE days (it takes two days just for Chase to correct itself). Though it is a bit far, I'm going to check out the First Community Bank in Alameda. Different name, same game when it comes to this bank - consistent incompetence

This place is always over crowded. They recently closed their business banking window. It's difficult to find a parking spot. As a member of this community, my opinion is that this branch should cater to folks that need to "cash" their checks. We don't all have the luxury to electronically make a deposit. We need live tellers with these important transactions. There's a drive to eliminate tellers. This, I think, has created long lines, especially at this branch. Sadly, we have no choice but to wait in line.

Worst customer service ever.... They don't know how to talk to a client with respect... This brach is really busy and they don't have enough employees... Every time I come the line is to the door and they only two windows open. You're a bank, you make so much money, hire more people and stop being cheap... Avoid coming here...

There's usually a bit of a wait but the service is wonderful, most if not all of the staff is bi-lingual (English and Spanish).
