This review is long overdue! My experience with Chris and Nora at EstaR Mortgage made the home buying experience straightforward, simple, and easy for me. June of 2020, in the height of the Crazy Covid 19 Home Buying Extravaganza, Chris and Nora held my hand and led me through all of the ups and downs of home buying. 7/7/21 Update: I just went through the process of refinancing and also getting a 2nd loan in order to purchase another property. Once again Chris and Nora made everything so easy. EstaR Mortgage consistently helps me make my dreams come true while also making sure I’m staying realistic and not overextending myself. Such a great balance! Initial review from 2019: I loved working with EstaR Mortgage for the purchase of my new home. Chris and Nora were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They were able to get me a great interest rate and they made the process of getting the mortgage and buying my home easy; I was able to do mostly all of the paperwork online from the comfort of my home. Their availability for questions and for talking to real estate agents (mine and the sellers') was also incredible. I remember one late Sunday night, Chris was on the phone with my agent and then a seller's agent to help me make a viable offer. He and Nora were consistently there for me when I needed them. I would recommend EstaR Mortgage to all of my friends and loved ones.
