Chase Bank S Rancho Sahuarita Blvd, Sahuarita

Left work early to make it to the branch in Sahuarita, AZ by 5:00 p.m. I arrived and the doors to the lobby were closed at it was only 4:50. Ended up going thru the drive thru but am confused since the sign on their door states 9:00-5:00.

Every single experience I have had with this particular chase bank has been terrible. I went in 2 days in a row and waited half an hour for a notary who is also apparently the manager to notarize my documents. The first day when I just walked in and asked, she was rude and very snobbish when responding to me asking. Telling me that there are other people ahead of me. Today I went in and she's busy yet again talking with a customer about things not even related to the customers account! I'm told they have 1 notary. . There are always very few staff members in this bank. Customer service is terrible. I walked into wellsfargo just up the road. They had 2 notary's available, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Needless to say, I will never go back to this particular chase branch again. Period.

Wow....so where do I begin? So, I walk in to cash a check and to close an account. So, I get to deposit my check and they tell me that I could go ahead and take a seat to be helped for my account so, I do. As I am waiting, this rude a$$ lady walks up to me and asked me if I needed help with anything, so I tell her the reason as to why I am waiting, and she sincerely tells me to piss off because they have appointments and they would not be able to help me out until 3:30 in the afternoon?! Lol, I walked in and signed in with the time stamp of 1:38 p.m. So, she simply tells me that it is not convenient to help me right now due to her appointments. Is she going to pitch in for the gas for me to come back? Yeah, I didn't think so. I came to my closest chase with my tank on empty, but I needed to get my errands done for today. So, I'm at the Esperanza location hoping it won't be the same story with this customer service. I would recommend only using the ATM and avoiding their customer service at all times. They are a good for nothing team, might as well be closed for the day. Very disappointed and I wish I could leave zero stars.

The customer service at this branch is awful. We banked in MI at Chase for years and were totally satisfied. Here usually the response it "Call the 800 number" or they take my number and never call me back. They told us when we opened the business account that we would not be charged service fees since my business partner is a veteran but guess what? Didn't happen. If I didn't have to bank here because of the fact that there are Chase Banks pretty much where ever we travel for business, I'd drop this account.

Chase bank in Sahuarita is excellent. CopperMine Dental Studio does all its business banking there. Vanessa and Pierre are very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. The tellers are also very helpful and friendly. We are lucky to have such a great bank nearby.

Bank manager, Mr. Pierre, at 2pm and no other customers in the lobby decided that he could not take 20 minutes out of his day to add my wife to my account after asking us to wait in the lobby. I cannot believe that customers come second to employee training. Mr. Pierre said he had to train some employees and that we would need to come back to the bank at a later time. I guess customers come second at this Chase location. I have never had an issue with this location until today. Bad customer service from the "Bank manager". I believe customers come first, but he would rather deny service and go about with his day.

We went in a couple of days ago to open a checking account. It was about 5:10pm. We were greeted by the only banker they have. She sits to your left as you walk in. I told her we need to open an account. She goes on to say that it takes about an hour to open the account and we would need to come back another day. Oh and set up an appt and she would help us then. My mom needs a wheel chair to get around. I thought she would make an exception due to my mothers condition but no. I could not believe how fast she turned us away. I mentioned they should have a sign to alert customers not to go in after 5pm to open an account and it was misleading that hours of operations said 6pm. I dont understand why anyone would turn away new business. Im sure the corporate office will not agree with the way this branch is being managed. I will be getting in contact with them. It's unfortunate to have to go else where because of their poor customer service.

Wife and I went in to set up an account and were met with an incredibly rude banker who told us we had to make an appointment. We were the only ones there. The lady didn't bother to assist us in setting up an appointment or anything. She simply dismissed us. I guess this BANK branch doesn't like money.

Understaffed and poorly managed. There is never a notary available and bank clients are referred to outside sources for assistance. This is dismal customer service.

Fantastic .. Unfortunate that we're close to the border and chase dose apply company policy to border towns . Most of the customers that come in are old slow and have no patience rude and very demanding . Most are just mad that they are old and it doesn't take much to push them over the edges . I'm 66 but my dr said to pick an age if I didn't like 66 so I chose 39 now I have to convenes my body .
