Chase Bank Horace Harding Expy, Queens

DO NOT GO TO this branch if you want to get decent customer service. There is one Asian dude at customer service desk who sitting second booth of from rear entrance seems like doesn't like his job at all. He is very rude and unprofessional. I prefer to get bank service at Citibank NOT at Chase. Very disappointing about chase customer service. Chase should give more and professional training to employees. If can't even handle own employees how about our investment issues or funds ????

The customer service at this bank is HORRIBLE! My parents arrived 1 hour before they close and they told them they're not accepting anymore clients since there's only 2 bankers working and that they should've made an appointment. They don't mind waiting until the bankers are free but why should my parents beg to open an account? There's plenty of other banks out there. Please do yourself a favor and don't come to this Chase. They don't care about service, they just want to get off work early.

I went to change my first name on account after Naturalization. The person name Ming told me I needed to change my driver license to offical name first even I had goverment issued doc(Certificate of Naturalization) and court paper for name change. I had no problem with Capital One on that day and called Chase customer service later confirmed I would be able to change with those two documents. Should’ve asked for branch supervisor.

Clients shouldn't have to return 3+ times for a mistake that a personal banker makes on his own behalf if he forgets to obtain a document, a signature that should've been obtained the first time around, and makes mistakes here and there (laughs it off but in the meantime, wastes clients' time). I will not mention the name of the specific banker, but he has wasted my time (even called me multiple times to return since he forgot to ask me or my husband to sign a document, little things that are actually crucial when signing into new accounts, etc). Extremely unprofessional, and also, lied to us about hidden fees. I have been with Chase for over 7 years and it's disheartening to know one banker can really ruin the reputation of a great company.

Line is long at lunch time on Saturday. They need more chairs for waiting customers who have special services. Sonia, asst VP who is smart and helpful, highly recommended.

This Chase at Fresh Meadows has horrible customer service, avoid at all costs. I got there at 4:15 pm to open an account and they refused to service me saying they close at 5pm and there isn't enough time. My wife works at a bank also and as long as they are still open, they will help you(reluctantly). But this Chase branch simply refuses and told us we have to come back another time. I don't think so, I will never go to this bank again. I would give them zero star if I could.

My business manager Mr. Abraham Hanna at Horace Harding Queens,NY branch is so far the best. He is always keeping me updated with the business banking related informations. He assisting all my business banking inquires in time manners and giving me the best advises for today and for the future prospectives. I trust Chase more than any other banks because of employees like Abraham, I feel save and being taking care of all the time. Be highly recommending my friends and family for banking with Chase. Definitely 10 of 10 scores no doubt!

I've been satisfied for many many years because Chase has provided me with the exceptional comfort, relief, respect and security that I've always needed from a financial institution. When you request for big bills, they'll try their best to accommodate. When you want new bills, they'll dig it out for you. When you wanna talk, they'll sit you down. They're glad to please. In contrast to their competitors, they treat their clients with courteous customer service, both in-person and via telephone. Best part about this bank is no fees for anything. Be it a checking, saving or credit card. You can also use any ATMs for free. Love it! This is why I only use Chase.

By far the best Bank out there. I was having issues with TD bank and a friend said he would put me under his account and let me try them to see if I liked them. After a few months I switched and opened my own account with Chase. I inherited an IRA that was with TD Ameritrade and wasn't happy. I went in and asked what they had to offer if I was to transfer it to them. Sat down and they explained everything. I liked what they were offering and they didn't pressure me to do anything and said the choice was mine to make. I came back the following day to transfer to Chase, TD kept hanging up because they didn't want me leaving them. Now that everything is done I am glad I made the switch. Amazing customer service and they pointed out everything that TD was doing wrong. If your looking for a quality bank you should only go to Chase.

Everyone here is extremely helpful and try ro help you out. I highly recommand this chase bank, they know what they are doing and great service.
