Chase Bank Bob Hope Dr, Rancho Mirage

USE A DIFFERENT BANK / BRANCH.The Manager (old, blonde haired lady), at this branch is a complete psycho path. After asking her to process a withdrawal, she had the audacity to raise he voice to me and yell at me to sit down in the lobby and wait. Never been spoken to like that at bank branch in my life. Even her own bankers were dumbfounded by her blatant disrespect. If management is this bad how bad is her team...

The private banker at this location, namer, isn’t just a pretty face but the greatest banker I’ve had. He has made a chase client for life. God bless you namer. Your mother must be proud.

This is the worst customer service I've ever had. I had an issue and asked to speak to a manager and the teller would not let me talk, kept interrupting when I was trying to explain to the manager the transaction I needed done. You guys deal with people's money- that they worked hard for... don't need attitudes from tellers that can't comprehend what you need done. Please train your employees to listen to customer's needs.

I have been banking there for almost a year and I go in there every 2 weeks The staff always greets me and always gave me 100% help it is one of the best banks I ever banked at it hard to please the public and I give them credit for always having a smile when you come through there doors.Thank You chase bank

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. A TELLER LEFT ME HANGING IN LINE FOR ALMOST TEN MINUTES WHILE SHE CHIT CHATTED TO HER CO WORKER ABOUT THE COSTS OF OIL CHANGES ON BMW'S?

They gotta stay on those fees since they keep the AC at 40 to keep the ATM machines in the lobby cool and working. Yep, that's why you can store meat in the bank entrance. And why they keep the doors wide open. Its INSANE.

I would not even give this bank a one star rating. Horrible customer service and rude manager. I went in to close an account the banker kept me waiting for over 30 minutes. She verified and that funds were available with her operator at chase. And Still would not release my money..

Branch manager has limited customer service skills, no ability to communicate, extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this branch for more that to use trash can.

This my go to branch. Never have I had a less then professional experience. Friendly swift service. Never a line so very Covid safe.

The private bank team at this chase is phenomenal. Dave and Namer have been very responsible and a pleasure to do business with.
